Literally the worst pawn shop they sell you broken items bought a Xbox from there and it won't even load my games ,nor does the disk drive work and they won't trade it in for a new one don't waste your money 0 stars if i could place is Garbage ?️!!!!!

Showed a receipt for a item (generator) that was fairly brand new I put it back in the box I got it from had to go as far as to show proof of purchase showed him all that and the guy still said he thinks I stole it??? What was the proof for?? I feel like they're profiling

I went in on valentines day to get a ring. When i picked one I asked them to test it and the guy at the counter would not test it. He said it was real and that they test ALL of their jewelry for authenticity. The problem is, the ring is FAKE. I called and the manager was very helpful alms even replaced my ring with a more bewitching l beautiful ring. I'm happy

I didn't even wanna give 1 star but had to.I WILL NEVER use this pawn shop EVER again. The lady that works there is rude as they come an very unprofessional.. This place doesn't even deserve a half of a star !!!!

Never open on time closes early. I don’t understand how do you run a business and paying customer show up and your closed they are the next Family Dollar and will be glad their gone rude employees either close the store or get new management
