Using their online shop, I've bought supplies and tools from them good stuff and the website is only ok to find what you need, it could use more and better categorization. An example is its faster to use google and search Cas-ker over using their menus or the sites search engine. Another reason for three stars is when spending over a certain amount of money rather then offering you free or discounted shipping they make you pay more for shipping. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I actually bought less because of this. It makes no sense because it was tiny springs in a flat rate envelope. Only in the watch supply retail have I ever seen such gouging of customers on shipping.
