Best car wash in town without a doubt. In an age of dwindling customer service I recently had an excellent experience here. My back wiper was accidentally knocked off in the car wash, which is fine, these things happen. I didn’t notice but an attendant brought it to me, took my information, and the manager arranged a repair appointment courtesy of Carriage next door. All of this was done in an efficient and professional manner. Nice to see the situation handled properly when things don’t always go right. it was much appreciated.

Been coming to CW on Wooster ever since they opened. I drive a white car and their best washes take care of every piece of dirt and grim, my tires are always clean and shiny. The staff are always friendly and helpful!

Overall great place and have always been happy with basic wash. Today I spent extra on mid level wash which is supposed to clean the wheels. It does NOT clean the wheels. Don’t waste your $$

I've been going to this car wash for a few years now, and I can't believe I haven't given them a review. THE best car wash overall/anywhere! The wash is great, sure....but they give you free cleaning supplies and free vacuums. The people there are all super nice and helpful as well. I do the unlimited monthly- it's a great value!

Don’t go to this car wash late on a Sunday poor maintenance on the cleaning of brushes/ car wash! I have never had a scratch this severe in my paint and have been denied a damage claim. Washers who usually handwash but in a rush beware.

Really loved this car wash the free vacuums & cleaning supplies & towels is so lovely however today my car has a huge scratch of paint gone and multiple scratches throughout the body of my jeep. I know for a fact they were not there before as they are so obvious right when I open my driver door especially.

Really thankful I popped in here today! Treated to “The Best” car wash— as a one time free treat. Then, after, pulled in for a quick vacuum & use of sprays & cloths and now the inside of my car looks amazing! Just moved to the neighborhood so I’ll definitely be back for more five star experiences.

I’m only giving this place three stars due to the bird poop still on my car after getting “the best” version of their wash. I give five stars for the very friendly staff that helped me at the login screen. I may give it ago again due to the kindness.

I am very very impressed with this place free vacuum?? I thought wait! I probably was supposed to pay for this you can't just come up here and hit this red button? yes you can. I was Shocked because now it defies the people that say nothing in this world is free yes it is these people's vacuum is. And even with the best suction I've ever experienced. You don't have to grind it into the floorboards or the seat just fffffsllomp... Now onto the interior car wash inside the building was very cool got a 57 Chevy tailpipe Is shaped Dryers with a fan and dryer that looks like old white wall tires. You feel like you are in a little Volume of space And the LED lighting is really cool And an experience if you'll let it. Highly recommend this 10000 starsHey I must say after we're re reading this, they need to hire me for a commercial or something. I got the jingle and all ready to sing it to ya.

Not sure why I'm just discovering Carriage House Wash, but I will be back! Can't wait until the new location that will be closer to me opens. This is a GREAT concept. I don't mind vacuuming and cleaning my car out myself, but the fact that they provide it all for you in ine location following the wash is brilliant!! I'm only mad at me if I don't do a good enough job ?
