Attendant at the Wooster entrance location was very helpful. Another attendant with a huge welcoming smile directed me onto the conveyor belt and put a plastic protector over the wiper on the back of my SUV. Vacuums are powerful, and remove interior dirt and debris completely. Great five stars.

Jake helped me out today. It was my first time at the car wash, he informed me on all of the unlimited plans and was very helpful! Wash came out looking spotless! thanks jake!

Josh helped show me the scrubbing sink to hear everything off my mats. People are kind and helpful. We moved to Ohio to be by our son and daughter in law. My son in Marimont said Carriage
House is the best car wash in Cincinnati.
He was right! Great job!

Paid for unlimited deluxe including tire shine and had to go through 2 times because there was still bird poop on the hood, the body felt like it was covered in gritty fine sand, and it had no tire shine. I was told to go through again the machines udate every 5 minutes. - what ever that means. 2nd time through bird poop came off, the gritty feeling was gone but still no shiny black tires!!!! Talked to the guy working his response was " We are really busy, I can't help you, I would have to go in there ,( nodding inside the car wash), in order to fix the problem of why your tires are not shiny ". I asked, "So everyone here is paying for a service and not getting it, is what you are telling me?" His response, "Sorry, I can't help you, this conversation is over."
Today, September 3rd, I automatically got charged $45.00. So, apparently unlimited wash means they have your credit card information and just keep billing you. Where does it say that when you pull up and choose a wash, that they will continue to bill you monthly Where does it tell you, that when choose unlimited they bill you monthly without being asked to have unlimited services again for a month ? It is probably on the back of the receipt they don't offer to give to you when you pay for the unlimited monthly plan. Fortunately I asked for my receipt!!! If it is there. Then you don't know that you signed up for it until AFTER YOU PAID FOR IT. I will findmy receipt and read the back, and update this post.

The staff here was very helpful! After getting my car washed it did a fair job. I noticed that I needed to vacuum as well and to my conveniency this car wash has free vacuum that does have good suction. 10/10 recommend

Free vacuum's that are better than most that I've paid for. They also have rags and cleaning spray ALL FREE! love going here and Fair pricing on the car wash and options.

I love this car wash. Nice team of people. So friendly. The free vacuum and ability to use their nice towels and cleaners is something that I appreciate. The mat cleaning station is a plus!

Great, quick car wash at a fair price. Plus microfiber towels and spray bottles of cleaner are provided as well as a big sink and cleaning machine for rubber floor mats. The best car wash in the area!

I did recommend this place.
I NO LONGER WILL.
My car is currently dented on the top only after getting my car washed here.
Matt Hill was terrible, as the customer service manager.
I don’t recommend this place, as any damage to your car may be dismissed.
Please go somewhere else.its not worth the pain to do something that should make your car look nice.
