This is more a rant about this business not being with the times more than the facility itself (which is very nice).Car Wash Inn needs to update the wash bay terminals to accept cards/have an app that does. Now that it's over $3 a wash it's priced over most card processors minimum. I would use this place all the time (and I bet others would spend more time on washes) if I didn't have to worry about carrying cash/running out of money. I don't want $20 in quarters incase it doesn't take that long, but I will pay for multiple wash cycles if it's on my card. At the very least get an ATM on premises - I'm not going to Maddie Bowl to get cash to come back to wash my car.I realize this gripe is totally down to my lack of planning. I accept that. But this is a message for the business owners - why give customers an excuse not to spend money simply by being inconvenient? How many other people forget they spent their last few bucks at the store and ultimately leave frustrated with an unwashed car (and you without money)? There are many vendors that offer this service and will be happy to install said payment terminals for a reasonable fee. I think it would be worth it for your business and would really help out your absent-minded customers, such as myself.Side note: if the $1.50 wash machines in my apartment have an app that accepts cards, so can you. The company is called PayRange btw and they do offer car wash services - I'm sure there's many others.

The automatic wash didn't get ANY of the bird poop off my car. It didn't seem to use soap. It seemed to just spread the dirt around.

My car got super dirty and so I went to the Car Wash Inn to do a super scrub. The self-service wash was easy to use. I spent about $12 because my car was so dirty. You could probably get a solid wash for $3-5 if you move quick and you wash your car regularly.

Took my money! Put $5 bucks in and the machine ran for about 1 minute! Soapy car and I had to go somewhere else!

It was awful. 1st I went to vacuum, put in my dollar and it didn't work, so I lost that dollar. I had hung my front floor mats on the clips and someone stole one of my mats. Are you kidding me? Do I get reimbursed? I know times are tough for everyone. I worked to pay for the mats.

Paid $9 to just have their automatic machine throw nothing but water on my car. No soap in sight.

I stopped here on my way to work to knock the salt off my truck. Not really sure if it knocked anything off the truck or just spread the salt around. No dryer after the wash so by the time water spots form the truck will look like it was never washed. Waste of koney. Will not return.

Update: Foam brush wasn't working. I'm taking my review from two stars to one.Be sure to bring quarters or bills to exchange for quarters, as there is no way to just scan credit/debit cards to begin washing. Get with the times and update your car wash. Bring at least $5 to wash, at least $6 or $7 if you will also use the vacuum. Also, the area around the vacuums was littered with trash.
