And was able to get everything straightened out within about 30 Seconds thanks Dallas for all your help”

“Never seen a self car wash with this good of a rating, but it is accurate. The best car wash bays I have ever used, every product is dyed well and comes out pretty heavily concentrated and effective. Wish this place was close to me, best self care wash ever hands down. It’s awesome to see someone who takes pride in their product and doesn’t cut corners. Only thing I wish is that you had engine cleaner/degreaser cause I’m sure it would be done right if you did!!!”

“Attendant at the Wooster entrance location was very helpful. Another attendant with a huge welcoming smile directed me onto the conveyor belt and put a plastic protector over the wiper on the back of my SUV. Vacuums are powerful, and remove interior dirt and debris completely. Great five stars.”

“I've had good experiences at Royal and bad experiences at Royal. Most recent time was a good experience. They were quick and they really got my car cleaned. Which that's kind of the opposite of my last experience.”
“As a long time client and membership holder for well over 10 years I have to leave some constructive feedback. Most vacuums have been failing (extremely poor suction) for some time, the “tire bright” is spotty at best and the newer staff do less than an acceptable job of drying off my vehicle. I still tip the staff and continue to be a customer. Again, just some constructive feedback.”

“Going thru the car wash as I type this. I want to thank Josh for taking care of my car tonight. Went the first time and it didn't get washed very well or sprayed off very well at the beginning. I came back around and sent me thru a second time. He told his coworker to spray the front grill and sides of the windshield again. The co worker seemed annoyed and bothered. Josh came back out and took over because 2nd guy seemed to not care and being goody with the sprayer. I even told my wife you could tell he was annoyed with the way he sprayed the car. Actions and facial expressions speak louder than words. Giving 5 stars for Josh's service.”
