I went to this store to look for 4-5 ingredients for making some traditional Chinese soup. I asked customer service lady and she told me in as rude and curt of a manner as possible to go to aisle 9. I looked there (it was all noodles) and came back to tell her it wasn't there. She then told me, in the middle of gossipping happily to the service bar worker, that she is too busy to help me find the ingredients. What is the job of customer service may I ask? If you don't stick these ingredients, that's ok. There is no reason to be so rude. Dayou now called Ensom market is another option, which seems to be higher turn over as seen in their fruits and veggies being more fresh. It's a shame as I used to come here often, but CAM seems to be more run down these days overall.

Was shopping since 2012 everything good so far but, today I went for exchange the item that's not working good. They told me it's already used they cannot exchange or return. How we know if product is working or not without testing. My $200 goes I'm trash ,please don't buy any electronic from this store, it's sucks

Wow, what an interesting shopping experience. I always love coming. Here you will find foods, teas, drinks, spices, and beauty items from the East. They carry primarily items from China but you can also find items from Japan, as well. Great place to come and browse. So many intriguing items!

This place gets the job done here in Cincinnati and it’s the best place around so it gets 4 stars because most places in this area can beat it. We don’t live in a place that has a huge selection of Asian grocery stores, so this is my go to place. I’ll give it 4, almost 5 stars because it has fresh fish, fresh seafood and I can get fish cleaned here. Also I can get a fresh roast duck and fresh roast pork. I like that I can get fresh roast duck when I need to get it. I can most everything I need here. There are more things I wish I could get….line fresh Korean BBQ, like at H Mart in Fairfax VA, but I can get close to everything my heart desires, close enough anyway
