Very friendly staff, Trisha explained everything that was going to be done to my car and even sent text messages to let me know how the work was coming along. This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company and hands down I would recommend them to family and friends!!!

Trisha at the Caliber Glenway Ave. location was absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful! Our daughter's car was hit in Cincinnati and we live in Iowa. Trisha made every step of this process so easy and kept us informed. We originally had the car at a competitor's shop and were not treated well. We are so glad that we switched to Caliber!!! Trisha gave us such wonderful customer service, was so knowledgable, and called or sent a text frequently to keep me informed. She did her best to keep the cost of the repairs as low as possible. Caliber came in $1800 lower than the other shop was going to charge. The car looks amazing and drives beautifully! I would recommend this Caliber location without hesitation!

I got into a fender bender and my insurance sent me here to get it fixed. They got my car done a day before they originally told me it would be finished and communicated well, letting me know when it would be done, when they were waiting on parts, and that I could ask questions at any time. These communications happened via text but you can choose how you want to be communicated with. So, it was the person who hit me's fault and therefore I had to communicate with their insurance to get things covered and that company wasn't very easy to contact and communicate with. As I was picking up my car I communicated some concerns about whether that company was going to cover my rental car like they should because the rental car company had called and said when my last day with the rental was going to be and it was before I got my car back. I hadn't been able to contact the insurance company to figure it out. Doug told me that I was right and they should cover it and to let him know if I got a charge and he would help me contact the right people to get the issue fixed. Well, it's about a month later and I get a charge from the car rental company to my bank account, so I called Caliber and was put in contact with Doug and he's currently helping me get it worked out. I'm overall very pleased with my experience with this Caliber Collision and recommend it to others. I'm a young adult and hadn't been through this process before and the employees answered all my questions, gave good advice, and helped me a lot.
