Although I love all the products I purchase from buff I feel like the staff is becoming less welcoming when allowing customers to enjoy their experience. When going in the store I had a simple request of customizing a product, which I have done a many of times. However, this particular time while the store was empty I felt as if the employee was annoyed and didn’t wish to do so causing me to feel rushed and not really wanting to purchase anything from this location. This whole ordeal was really upsetting because this is the location I shop at frequently. For having a service that is frequently advertised and coming in and asking to do said service it should be welcomed instead of treated as it was! I really hope this doesn’t happen again because I really love bringing friends and family here and telling people about the company.

The woman with blonde hair and glasses was extremely rude. I came in on 4/01 at around 1:30pm and told her me and my partner wanted to hand make some detergent. She proceeds to say okay and asks the scent once picked out. We go sit at the bar to make it and as 5 minutes go by, she says we can come to the front and check out. Me and my partner looked at each other with confusion as we were under the impression we were making it. As I got up to the counter I ask that weren’t we supposed to make it? She proceeds to tell me she was doing some other things up front with a smirk on her face. It signaled to me the she clearly just didn’t want to set it up for us. I was silent the rest of the exchange as I was in disbelief. She didn’t even give me a receipt as I’m sure it’s so I don’t say her name in this review. Will not be going back to this location.

This was my friend and I’s first time coming into Buff City!! The experience was amazing, we were greeted the first second of walking in. We learned about how all their products are made and ended up leaving with 2 bags full of goodies. Will 100% be back, their team was amazing!! 10/10

My Husband and I took a soap making class. It was a fantastic experience. My husband had as much fun as I did. You can tell by the photo. Kendall was an amazing instructor and educator. We were at the Oakley store.

They have really good soap and even better customer service (props to all the young folks working there)! It is great for eczema or skin that gets dry frequently. I love the scents and just walking past it makes my day even better. I brought about 4 mystery boxes and everyone who received one says they love it :). I will definitely be back for more, keep up the good work and great smells.UPDATE: I brought a laundry pack with the scent “Fruity Loop” and oh my gosh, it’s amazing! I am coming back later on tonight to get 3 more laundry bundles and more fruity loop shower oil!

Management was kind and explained the products as well as the process of product making in store. He informed me about customization and parties and made some suggestions for purchasing. Overall an amazing first experience.

It smells like love and a dream vacation in here. Right when you open the door you are transported to your happy place. Bonus: you get to take some of it home with you. This is the best soap that I’ve ever used. It doesn’t make my skin thirsty, and it smells heavenly. A++ highly recommend!

My favorite bar soap is All Hail the Queen! ? Also, be sure to check out the laundry soap!! I picked the Magnolia scent! Very pleased!

Not trying to be dramatic but I am not kidding when I say that I am obsessed with this soap. There are a lot of scents that give me headaches so I tend to stay away, but these smell soooooo good! I would have air fresheners in my car and all over my house with these scents if I could. I have only used the body soap so far but definitely am going to purchase the laundry detergent and more!
