Leslie provided excellent customer service. She was very pleasant and made sure that we were taken care of from when I arrived until the time I left. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure to leave no questions unanswered.

Leslie was swamped with customers, but she handled all with skill and patience, especially a rude customer who was cursing because the online customer service said a rental was available at this Galbraith Location!

I thought things would have improved since the last time I rented a car from here, which was two years ago. I did not know that aside from my driver's license, and my passport card (which I was adamant in presenting), they asked for my insurance card if I opt out from purchasing any of the the optional coverages even if I did the reservation online using a credit card. It was a hassle and a waste of time. They did not even honor the free upgrade that I included in my reservation. They were so slow in processing clients. I arrived 30 mins prior to scheduled pick up and left an hour after my scheduled pick up (spending 1.5 hrs) just to pick up a car. My reservation was processed under AVIS and being that I have a preferred membership, I would have had a seamless quick visit, but experienced otherwise. It is such a disappointment to visit this location.

They fouled up my pickup time by calling me 15 minutes before pickup just to say the car had tire damage. Customer service sent me 10 miles away to pick up a car at a different budget. They didn't have any cars available either. I'm never trying budget again.

Awesome customer service. I was told I would get what they had in the type of vehicle I rented. But, I really wanted a Ford Transit. Well, Leslie even gave me her card and said she would do what she could. Well, she did what she said she would do.She even called me before the pickup and told me she got the van I wanted. So thankful

Where do I start..? Very unprofessional waited over 30 mins when it became my turn agent didn't even acknowledge me went outside to start pulling cars back as if it wasn’t a line full of customers.. just rude honestly! The car they put me in was horrible needed to be in service going 60MPH the car was shaking bad. Wouldn’t recommend renting from this whole in a wall place. Lazy workers

Where do I begin?? To start with I had reserved a car at least a week ahead and, like others have said, no car was available. I was told that the car I reserved, had been "sold". Anyway, a woman drove in to return her car and I was handed the keys. No one checked the car at all. So I drove off. The TPM alert light was on, the Service Overdue light was on also. Well, yesterday it started raining and, I could barely steer the car. It was hydroplaning at 35-40 mph. The front tires were literally Bald. Returned the car and told them about the tires..I was told it was being taken out of service..why would they rent me an unsecured car??? Do not rent here.

Prepaid and in doing so made my card not have available hold amount. So I couldn't rent with them. Really inconvenienced my trip to see my son graduate from the army.

Rating should be 0 out of 5 for this car rental.Worst ever service manager. He doesn’t even know how to behave with other. I don’t know how he has been hired for budget rental. Doesn’t know how to receive customers and rude behavior.

Staff at this location was nice and helpful, especially after being referred from another Budget location because they weren't sure if AND when they could get a car to accommodate my reservation. The original location did at least call to let me know they didn't know if and when they would get a vehicle

Worse experience ever! Location I went to was a mess. They stated the car I rented was standard but according to the app on my car it was intermediate. She stated it had third row seating it didn’t. Idk if they just wanted more money but I will never recommend anyone to that location. 465 East Galbraith Road CINCINNATI, OH 45215. Drop off at airport was pleasant.

I arrived for a 4pm Reservation made 2 days prior and the door is locked. The workers arrived 30 minutes later to reopen. The car I reserved wasn't delivered so they offered me an SUV which was dirty and not the fuel efficient car I desired considering gas prices. I asked for a refund and was rudely handed a piece of torn off paper and told to call for a refund. Never will I use this rental agency again!

CSR said she was unable to extend rental vehicle for 2 additional weeks( waiting for car repairs), told me to return car and check it out again. I asked for same discount and she told me to go online for that. When I called the general phone number, I was transferred 2 times. Each rep gave me a different AND HIGHER price. Last CSR said prices can often go up even during the course of a call. Incredibly unhelpful . I ended up renting from Hertz .

I made reservations Sept 12 for a rental pick up Sept 30....I got there and they tell me no cars available!!!! No courtesy call to inform me! She didn't ask me my name just in case a call comes in...I hate this place! Budget/Avis on Galbraith Rd sucks! I was going out of town and they ruined my trip! I will be badmouthing this business for the rest of my life!

Do not rent from here. When we got the first van, it had a lot of problems. My husband sat in a restaurant parking lot for almost 4 hours waiting on a tow and a ride to the airport to pick up another van. I ended driving an hour to pick him up and then driving him another 35 minutes to the airport to get another van. This fiasco delayed our vacation by 5 hours. Then when we were 18 hours from home, the new van started having battery problems. I called roadside assistance and waited on hold for an hour and a half. I was told that they were going to look for another van in the state we were in and call me back. I didn't hear from them for over 24 hours. When we arrived home a week later and dropped the van off, they decided to charge us almost 300 dollars extra for 18 gallons of gas. This place is a joke and a rip off. Rent elsewhere.
