I am so happy with my experience at Buddy's Carpet. The sales manager Dave Mullins went over and above for me with my new VLP flooring. The floor looks beautiful! He came to my home and took extra time with me picking just the right floor. The installers, Salvador and his sons were amazing! They took extra special care to protect my appliances and the workmanship is so much better than anything I expected. I highly recommend Buddy's for your next floor job. You won't be disappointed!

We were so happy with our experience from beginning to end.Missy showed me so many flooringoptions instore,and then came to my home with samples to see in my home. We were kept informed of the order and insulation. Everything was timely, insulation was fast and clean. We were very happy.

I was referred to Jeremy Coons at Buddy's Flooring by close personal friends for flooring needs. I purchased a 22yr old condo last year and I think that the carpet was also 22yrs old. I called Jeremy, he came out, we talked first and then he took measurements. I went back to the showroom, picked the flooring and scheduled installation. The installation crew was professional and efficient. I replaced all the carpet and the bathroom flooring with LPV and I couldn't be more pleased.I would recommend Jeremy and Buddy's Flooring for your flooring needs. If I should need any additional flooring in the future, I will also return.

We chose Buddy’s flooring America for our new kitchen because of its positive reputation in our community. Our new kitchen is complete and we are thankful to now be a part of that positive reputation. Jeremy, Coons, Account Manager of the Colerain, Ohio location, played a significant role in making our dream kitchen a reality. While in Buddy’s show room, Jeremy displayed professional manners, knowledge of the products he represented and patience with our specific needs. We never felt pressure from him to pick one type of flooring over another and no time restraints were placed to make our decision. Jeremy personally came to our home and measured the floor plan with confidence and precision. Surely he had tackled larger product projects in the past, but he did not limit his attention to our project, based on its small size or awkward angles. He seemingly worked effortlessly on completing the paperwork, ordering materials, and establishing an installation date ~ ALL conducive to OUR schedule. We are proud that Jeremy‘s thumb print is in our home and would highly recommend him, and Buddy’s Flooring America, to those interested in upgrading their own home.

We had our second fantastic experience with Jeremy Coons out of the Colerain location. He was very accommodating to our needs. He was always quick to respond to questions, flexible with our schedule, and kept us updated on the status of our orders. The installers were professional and did a great job as well. Missy and Dave were very helpful advising us when selecting commercial carpet for our Condo Association at Buddies on Colerain. The selection of commercial carpet at Buddies was far and above the selection we found at any other place. The installers did a great job even though it was cold making that commercial carpet especially stiff and hard to work with. The job looks great and we are very happy with it.

As first time carpet buyers my husband and I did not know what to expect, but Dave Mullins made the process so easy and stress free. He took the the time to ask us questions and get to know our needs before making recommendations on products. He walked us through the pros and cons of each carpet in the various price points before we made our decision. The carpet was ordered and installed in a very timely manner and looks great! We could not be happier with the whole experience and will absolutely be going back to see Dave at Buddy’s in Colerain for any future flooring needs.
