Store manager named Jenny; totally UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!!!! When allowing an individual to be responsible for a store; they should conduct themselves appropriately. They represent the company and should set an example for employees within the store. Also when interacting with customers. Just because an individual has the ability to handle important matters within the store. Does not excuse unprofessional behavior. This individual lacks professionalism. A change with management definitely should occur.

Went into the store. No employees in the building. About 5 minutes after we started waiting at the cash register, employee came inside from her smoke break in her car in the front of the store. She even watched us walk in to the untended store and didn't say anything. Then, was 12/10 nasty when she rang us up.Immediately after leaving, our card was fraudulently charged $800 at the BP after we bought about $15 worth of merchandise. Luckily, the card automatically declined it. The only person in the store was the rude worker.

First time in bp and I was treated so badly I have the video footage from two employees who does not have customer service skills at all very rude and I would like corporate contact information asap. I will not tolerate being disrespected when I'm spending my hard earn money there. I would like sum action done about this
