Update:
Our car was in service for nearly 9 weeks, waiting on a part. The dealership was extremely easy to deal with-- especially Daniel in service. Thanks also to Pat Rucker for listening to us and caring about our concerns. GM customer service, on the other hand, needs to take a hard look at their process. I spoke to several friendly, professional agents, but they were generally unhelpful, and never have the latest information about the service ticket. They appear to be isolated from both the dealership and the GM supply chain, so the only contribution is to repeatedly tell the customer that we are living in an uncertain time, so there is no way to estimate a time frame. Further, the agents appear to make promises that GM won't stand behind after the repair is completed. Again, thanks to Pat Rucker for working to bring this to an acceptable compromise.

We had a great experience at Borcherding. Josh was very helpful. This is a very no pressure type atmosphere and laid back from most dealerships I have gone to. They let us take out time with the test drive and let us ask all questions before typing up any paperwork. They also gave different financial options at one time so you could make a more informed and smart decision.

I had an on star module that needed to be replaced. They ordered the part and later replaced the part. They had reprogramming to do so it took a while.
