They are kind to senior citizens, will help you with a written note if you are disabled, great with answering questions about your cellphones accessories and carrier service. Parking lot always has spaces. Heavily populated African America area yet you will see this location is in a thriving strip mall with plenty options and food, please people of all backgrounds come here, there is nothing to fear regardless of rumors of the neighborhood. This location has lots of customers and the employees are diversed nationalities and fluent in other languages. You may see people standing around for the store is small inside, very small, fear not and wait in your car, the patrons are nice people just say I'm waiting in my car, I'm behind that or this person, in most cases they will respect that you are next, but no one will wait for you concerning customers patrons so do your best to get back in line to enter store or come back on another day. ?

Boost mobile service is the worst I've ever had. I pay for having a service that doesn't work even the city Even when their crap is connected to any wifi it still is bad. shit so bad I can't even edit this with the phone they made me ' upgrade to' because some change. quite sure it was a thing so I have to spend money on bad service and product

Terrible customer service I purchase a brand new phone from them and follow the policy to return it within 7 days they did not honor that policy so that's okay I will keep the phone that I paid $145 for but they will lose a customer paying $50 a month for the year so I lose 145 they lose 700 do the math I'm going back to Metro PC or something like this would have never happened Plus $40 unlimited and they also have three-day payment extensions Bruce just want your money and that's it don't even honor their own policies they should have took the new phone back . The service I got was horrible, I called a couple days after paying my phone bill early and the money just sat there then I called and the man told me to call customer service and i told him I did that and he hanged up on me

The website clearly says "add money to a friend's account"... when I called to ask how to do that, the man who answered the phone said I have to come into the store to do that with cash only.... or credit...I said that is what I'm trying to do.... he said repeatedly "I can't do that". Does he just not know how? Maybe you should hire people and train them to be able to provide the services offered on your site.
