(Not location, Boost in general)- I’ve been w/ them since 14-15’, because of their cheap plans (2 lines/$80)
For the most part I haven’t had many issues, until recently when I used up my data w/ in 3 days of paying my bill, due to working remotely (mostly consumed via Hotspot). Extra data is $5 for 2GB or $10 for 10GB (plan comes w/ 35GB for reg data & 12GB for Hotspot). The 12GB’s only lasts 4-5 hours, so I asked if there’s a better plan I can switch to, instead of $10 x’s whatever, only to be told there’s isn’t another option w/ more data & I would have to purchase it directly
After purchasing, I couldn’t get Hotspot to work, so I literally had to call them 8x’s, only for them to repeat the same steps that I told them I already did. I eventually got it to work, only to have the same issue the next day. So again, I had to repeat everything all over, w/ no solution & basically wasting money on data that I can’t use, because their customer support is incompetent & most can’t understand English
Needless to say, I’m switching carriers after 8-9yrs

It's funny how boost gives good deals to new comers but do not have those same specials for valued customers like $199.00 for iPhones for new customers n $629.99 for the ones who already carries your service and is in good standing on their bill payments.

Luis is the best! He was so much more helpful than customer support. I would rather do things online but this seemed to require somebody in person and Luis made it as easy as possible.Luis is fantastic.

I did not get young man's name. On 1/20/23 I went to this location and young man fixed my phone when he did not have to!!!!!! He was kind and patient with me!!!!! Excellent staff!!!! I work next to a different boost mobile but will travel to this one because if service!!!

Absolutely horrible service . I was directed by customer service to go into the store to reset my pin bc I broke my phone and it wouldn’t turn on to receive a phone call. The young hood rat behind the desk refused any type of help. Refused me her boss’s name or number. Refused her name. I will absolutely be switching service providers at this point. I am ashamed to have been a customer for so long and refused to be helped im any manner. Her attitude was absolutely horrible . Stop hiring just anyone !!!! I had to put one start to post!

my friend actually. he went in for a new phone after losing his kayaking. he was in there maybe 20 minutes. phone bought and setup in 20. i was amazed. it is a very busy location most of the time but only one other person was there besides him. i think 20 minutes to get a phone and get it setup is pretty fast. it was a young lady that helped him but don't know her name.

Young lady in there was VERY nice!!was in and out fast with what I needed and very happy with the price and service!I bought a case and screen protector for my brand new phone and the young lady had it the protector and case on before I was finished paying and had my phone looking good and nice and safe for me,I would definitely recommend people to go there and I will definitely be back with my service!!THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Boost Mobile has excellent plans and I appreciate all of the service that has been provided for me throughout the years and many companies are emerging but still I love boost because boost gives what they say that they give with no gimmicks at all. And a company like that I'll be with forever

I've visited this location many times over the last few months to make payments on my bill and to purchase new products and the sales people in the last 6 months have been amazing. Lorena has helped me the last two or three times I've been in the store and she has vast product knowledge and always suggests the best product for me. She has a great personality and works well with customers. I would never need to research a phone because Lorena already knows every detail about all Boost products. She's great to work with! Keep her and raise her pay!!!
