worst experience ever employee was rude. I'm so over the pathetic service here on Warsaw Ave and once my bill comes due again I will be switching carriers website clearly says open till 8 and at 6pm the employee walking out had a nasty attitude talking about they close at 6 and have for 10 yrs

I broke my phone so I was shopping for another one. I saw a LG monarch tribute for 59.00. I told the fat Mexican lady I wanted the phone and she said it will be 129.00. I asked why she said its 35 to swap the phone and I have to buy a protective case from them also. You can call boost mobile and they will swap the device over the phone for you for free. I said can I just buy the phone please, I do not want a case and I am not gonna be scammed out of 35 dollars. She said no. Terrible rip off artist.

Horrible service. Had one of the employees call me stupid because I asked them to repeat something for me. Then bought a new phone and paid for the set up and activation then went to use the phone and she did not put the Sims card in it. I called and went back to the store and they refused to put the Sims card in and refused to give me a refund. Will never be back here again. Just horrible rude and straight disrespectful.
