They say whatever they got to say to get you to buy it now. They will tell you that you can come back and make changes to your order bit when you try they say no returns a D that they'll try to call customer service and shrug their shoulder when you find out that they got you.. very shady

Our experience was horrible, we went into the store looking for a dining room table. We had an idea of what we wanted and quickly found one to buy. We waited for someone to come over and help us for nearly 15 minutes. We finally walked around and found an employee where all employees and the manager were just standing around talking. When we asked for help the worker seemed very disgusted and said “well what do you want” the worker was also very rude when asking about delivery and told us we weren’t getting it before thanksgiving which we never even mentioned to her. She then just seemed irritated to be helping us. We considered going to another store and actually paying more for the table instead of buying it at Big Bobs. I would not recommend this store to anyone I know who is in the market for furniture

Bob’s had exactly the type of dresser I was looking for, a mid-century modern, that I hadn’t been able to find at three other furniture stores. In addition, it was being discontinued, and I got a new piece at a fantastic price!

New house was going to furnished I was going to buy 5 different couches fully today no one wanted to help me or my brother. Tired to wave a worker down rolled her eyes and didnt help us. Was there for an hour they even offered to help kids with their earphones in on there phone. Never going there again worst customer service ever.

The item we ordered was damaged during delivery. We had a house fire which is why we needed a new table, now that our kitchen is back together we went to put table together and it was severely damaged on corner. We ordered well in advance so it would be at our home as soon as we were ready to move in. We are DAYS from moving in and now are being told we will have to wait 8-9 weeks for our replacement table that your company damaged. You will not provide any type of compensation for this inconvenience, we explained we wanted to place more orders and just maybe wanted a discount on our next purchase for the issue and inconvenience to which we were told no you don't provide discounts or any type of customer compensations. Very disappointed with your lack of care for customer satisfaction or even trying to right YOUR wrong. This will be the last time we shop with you again, unfortunately for you since we have to buy all new furniture for our home.

Our salesman was very knowledgeable in our searching and thorough with details of our purchases. They had just what we wanted, after we told him what we needed, he knew just what to show us and where to look. He was most helpful with financing and warranty information, as well. Very polite and friendly, too.

Place was clean, great selection of furniture at affordable prices. Trent was very helpful answering all our questions and getting me set up with a line of credit in a timely fashion. I’ll recommend anyone to go to Bob’s discount furniture

Bob's Furniture experience was PERFECT! Great prices & great service. They don't atternpt to strong arm you. They hire a 3rd party to deliver & assemble & they were just as professional. AWESOME buy!

Don't buy.. Don't waste your time and money at this place. Bought two bedroom sets with their all inclusive delivery. 1st set delivered well. 2nd had broken parts. Got all parts on 4th delivery attempt but the guys could not align the side told it's by design that one side gets aligned other do not. They were mad when I called their customer service and left with a miss aligned drawer channel and miss fitted bed side. Customer service is pathetic. Called store few times, they were useless.

Worst customer care for complaints ever. Price on furniture was reasonable but because there are problems and can't get any answers or satisfaction I'm sorry I even dealt with this company. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My first time dealing with a Bob's was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed working with Shawn. She was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends, and will go back to the Colerain store as they need to buy more furniture.

I haven't had the upscale kind of service that I received at Bob's in years! I've shopped at Ashley's, Furniture Fair and a couple other places looking for furnishings for my home. And #1, I never found everything in one place. #2 Bob's beats the prices everywhere else hands down with the same quality or better. And above all, the service cannot be beat. From the sales dept ( I loved our salesperson, Bianca) all the way down to the delivery drivers! We could not be happier with our entire experience at Bob's Furniture on Colerain Ave! Thank you to the whole team!

Hi.We were greeted with a smile. Show the area for what we were looking for with details. What I liked the most she did not follow me around. She give us time to look and have privacy. In give use step by step buying process. Plus the updates were a bonus. Helping me to know what time they would arrive. Love it. Clean store with good refreshments.

Chris is super unprofessional and has a smart mouth…. I will be calling corporate office and waiting for the general manager to return to make a complaint to him also. Sir I paid y’all my money so I EXPECT to be treated fairly. The deliver sucks, no one called me to inform me of my time frame 3 days prior like the store said. I had to call three days prior the delivery, that gave me my deliver time between 12-3. I called back the day before because I still hadn’t heard from them and then my delivery time was rescheduled for 745-1045am. Now if I wasn’t going to be home during those times I might have missed my deliver and would have had to either pay another delivery fee or reschedule. Chris called me the stating that he was calling to collect payment before I even purchased the furniture which my the way I was paying cash for. Please don’t call my phone stating you’re calling to collect when I haven’t even bought anything. He’s super rude and need to learn professionalism. It is because of us, the public that you have a job!08/02/2023- update- Greg, the store manager and Matt receive 5 stars from me. Greg called me back to follow up and set a plan of action in place. His word was kept and the following day I received a call from Matt. They worked together to make sure they could do whatever to fix the issue I was having. I’d told Matt I’d remembered him from coming into the store a few months ago, and to my surprise he remembered me as well because he explained my situation back to me that I had explained to him a few months prior. Although it’s really not his place to remember that much detail, he did and that’s the difference between making a sale and having exceptional customer service. Job well done Greg and Matt. If I had any doubts on returning to Bob’s, you both have solidified my yes! Thank you guys so much!!! Because of you my overall rating has gone from 1 star to 4 stars!!
