I needed to order some flowers for my daughter who was having surgery that day.. I live in Florida and called on a Saturday. A beautiful bouquet was delivered within 2 hours! They were amazing to work with. Very kind and thoughtful and the flowers were just beautiful beyond words! They are now my go to flower company in Cincinnati!

We used Blossoms for a wedding this November. Carol exceeded expectations. The arrangements were beautiful. I gave her a few colors and she created beautiful designs. Furthermore, her prices are extremely fair for what she can offer. She was easy to work with and communicated with a positive attitude.

Absolutely wonderful! This is a black female owned business. I want that to be highlighted in my review! I feel a lot of these businesses do not get the recognition that they deserve! The owner Carol, in the few minutes I spoke with her, blew me away! I was last minute purchasing corsages for my daughter's kindergarten Valentine's dance. Most florists were closed or required a week in advance for orders. I called blossoms, but hung up after a few rings. She called me right back! I explained to her my dilemma, and she told me she would have my order together in an hour. I ended up purchasing two corsages and a boutonniere. They were absolutely gorgeous! Her customer service is outstanding and her location is beautiful as well. She does all kinds of events, and apparently has been in the business for 42 years. That is incredible! I will definitely be sending my business anytime I can!

Carol provided beautiful dinner table centerpieces for a corporate dinner held at one of the local museums. Being from out of town, I wasn't familiar with the local floral options. Carol came highly recommended by the museum and was truly a pleasure to work with. The floral arrangements blended perfectly with our company's colors - we loved them! I will definitely call Carol at Blossoms Florist for any future event needs in the Cincinnati area.

Horrible customer service. Did not deliver on time. Paid for expedited delivery 9am-1pm to a school for a teacher. Delivered after 5 pm. Never will use them again.

Carol was fantastic to work with! She was always incredibly prompt, often responding to questions within hours (if not minutes), and she was a really great value for the amount of florals we wanted. I was curious to see how they’d turn out as my requests seemed different than what she had posted on her Instagram, but Carol captured my vision perfectly!

Purchased flowers for a funeral service that were never delivered. I did not receive any form of communication that it would be delayed. When I called to inquire why the csr could not give me any reason why. There is absolutely no way to fix this or make up for this happening. They asked me to reconsider the having the order refunded and offered to delivery it the next day. I thought they were joking as it was a funeral flower arrangement for the service. You can't just deliver it 3 days after a funeral!

When we first met Carol, we were very impressed with her professionalism and friendliness, but never did we expect to be so impressed and amazed as we were when we finally saw our wedding flowers on our special day! Carol went above and beyond! We were blown away! If I could give a 10 star I would, and that’s not exaggerating.

Carol at Blossom’s was amazing to work with. Flowers for my daughters wedding looked amazing. I noticed a glowing red exit sign right above the bride and grooms heads at the rehearsal, I called Carol in a panic at 8:00 on the Friday after Thanksgiving. She answered my call and showed up the next day with a beautiful solution. That is SERVICE:) Highly recommend!
