I placed an order at the beginning of April for a t-shirt and a hoodie. The shirt arrived in a timely manner, the sweatshirt I am still waiting on almost a month later. I have called speaking with the same gentleman a few different times. I have been more than patient and feel at this point I am getting the run around. I try to support local businesses yet some do not value business enough.

Been trying to buy a bomber that isn't listed on the site anymore but I was told was still in stock. Been 6 days and no response to my follow-up email. I will special order elsewhere.

Stay away from this company. They'll send you clothing that looks dusty and used. I ordered three pairs of shorts from them they only sent two. The ones They sent looked used and had off color stitching that didn't match the shorts. Tried sending them a email and they ignored me Went to their instagram and left a comment and they blocked me That shows you right there that they're not an honest company It be your own people who rip You off And they wonder why we're reluctant to shop with our own people So beware of them Don't get ripped off like I did.

Number one choice for the African American cultural community. It has a "root-feel" that allows one to connect, lay back and take care of some business in and enjoy some time alone, if needed. It also has a mixed and diverse atmosphere on any given day; you'll observe many different shades of people. Also great idea place for the coffee enthusiast and a groups' day out away from everything else. The coffee is the best I've ever tried and you can be you here, if nothing else ?. I love this place!!!

It took 10-11 weeks to receive my Bengals track suit that I pre-ordered when it was ready forPurchase by the public. I'm aware of one of the delays but after another 10-14 days of asking about my order and being told that it was being shipped in 4 days since our communication but arrived much later, it was frustrating to say the least. I was planning to show off my new gear for a Bengals party and it didn't arrive on time. They did offer a discount for the next purchase when I reached out to them on social media. Quick response! Thank you! I'm just cautious shopping moving forward. I can't always make it to their store and online shopping is best for me. I've been supporting them since they were selling out the trunk of their car and the delays in my last few purchases has not been the best. I ask if the delays are occurring, please keep customers in the loop every 2-4 days or weekly if the delays are extensive. The weather is unpredictable but giving proper notice via text and email definitely would've kept my frustrations minimum but provide the customer the opportunity to have alternative wardrobe choices ESPECIALLY during our Football season. I appreciate everything the company has done for the community, the culture, and Cincinnati. Keep going hard.

So, I live in Nashville and was going to the bengals @ titans game on 1/22/22. I called them on Thursday, 1/20 to order the stripes don’t come easy bomber jacket and they got it to me within 24 hours so I could wear it to the game. Then I saw Means at the game. Awesome.
