I visited today to get a rivet replaced on a pair of AFO’s that I purchased elsewhere. They happily replaced the rivet at a fair price. The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend.

We have been dealing with bioworks since March 1, 2024 due to our sons over pronation. He’s a difficult case and we have been in and out of the office 4 or so times since just March 1st. We have had exceptional care from Steve who has gone out of his way to help our child in every way possible by communicating with doctors & PTs to ensure that our son has the best possible solution for his issue. We are SO grateful! Thank you so much for all that you do!

After 3 unsatisfactory visits to the podiatrist I finally got a referral for custom orthotics. They have been very professional and kind and thorough! My problem is not completely resolved but we are working on adjustments. Sure it’d be great if we got it right the first try, but that’s not life. I appreciate the patience and willingness to continually adjust the product.

Charged $450 for a pair of arch support inserts and after wearing them a hand full of times the top lining is peeling off. Not quality for the price.

Bio works is awesome. I've gotten orthotics from Steve for years, and he always finds a way to fit me in when I'm home from college. Additionally, he is awesome at adjusting my orthotics based on where I'm feeling pain in the foot. Highly recommend!

Tammy was wonderful. She took the time to explain the process she would be using to make my orthotic inserts. She took great care to make sure my measurements were as accurate as possible to ensure a great fit. She was able to locate a great pair of shoes for me and set up my follow up appointment. A wonderful experience for my first visit. I would highly recommend.

What an excellent experience! Not only were they professional, friendly and able to work me in last minute for my neck brace. They also readjusted an identical brace purchased at a competitor, which was not set correctly, at no charge.I would recommend Bioworks to anyone needing an orthotic brace of any type!

We have gotten 2 pairs of AFO's from here for my son at ages 3 and 4. Steve worked so well with him and had lots of patience when he wasn't cooperating with the process. It's very convenient they meet us at children's to collaborate with his physical therapist. They also worked well with us when we had insurance issues. Great experience!

We've used Bioworks for my son's orthotics for 3 years now. Steve has always been very patient and kind with my son who is not always cooperative. He also listens to my concerns as a parent and takes them into account when making recommendations. Really pleased with the level of care we've received!
