I went in to purchase a couch that they did not have all the pieces to at Fairfield location. Fairfield location told me Princeton Pike location had everything so I headed that way for I wanted same day delivery. Since I had just moved to Fairfield, I recieved in the mail a 20% off for the Fairfield location. Kimra (the Manager at Princeton Pike) honored the 20% even though it was for a different store. She is extremely kind and thourough. Even though it is a longer drive I will shop this store just for Kimra.

I would like to acknowledge Kimra at the Springdale location.She had a lot going on the day I was in the store. Upper Management was in the store. I needed to find out if there was an item in the back. And this gentleman keep asking her the same question over and over.Through it all, she remain calm, and professional. Great Job.

Nice stop. Friendly staff, and customers. The Center seems almost like a ghost town, with many businesses gone. I hope other come in. This part of Springdale is my favorite.
