Shopped for a few items such as sheets and blankets, pillows etc..got to the line,at least 10 people ahead,I left my cart and walked out,also decided to go to bed fitters for my new bed instead because that would have taken most likely 2 hours more,it wasn't like that at the big lots near Detroit..never again for Western Hills Big Lots and Target too

Very rude people and very unwelcoming. No greeting upon entering either. They need to straighten up and put things away neatly too. It looks outdated and messy.

Went to Big Lots and walked out with a entertainment center with a fake fireplace. I'm choosing to leave off the doors because I want to showcase what will be on my shelves. It was on sale, which was not bad at all. Thanks everyone that assisted me, it fits perfectly in the space I had picked out, we love it...?? Now I have to find a white bookshelf...?

I haven't been in this big lots for a very long time. This is such a nice store. The lady working the cash register was the nicest and most friendly person. Her happy attitude made everyone smile. I don't see her name on the receipt but she was awesome. I will be going back!!

Big lots has really stepped up their game. Nice clean aisles and quite a few things to choose from. Found items that I didn't know they carried.
