Excellent experience throughout the entire process of picking a carpet, and installation. Jake was incredibly helpful with helping us choose a high quality carpet in the style and color we wanted and kept us in budget and made sure no surprise costs came up. The installation was just one day. The carpenters came in and knocked it out in one day and did an excellent job. We are very happy with our experience with Jake and Big Bob’s.

Worked with Jake and he was great helping me with the order selection, quotes, recommendations for padding, etc. Great value on a very plush carpet. Installers just left and the installation is perfection. Installers were prompt, tidy, and clearly well skilled in their trade. Went to Big Bob's Flooring outlet to have carpet replaced in our basement. We got a great price and had the carpet installed today and they did a wonderful job - it's obvious that the installers do this every day. The carpet looks fabulous, they cleaned up, vacuumed and helped put all the furniture back in place. 5 stars.

They refused to refund the delivery charge even though the flooring delivered was a completely different, much smaller size. Basicall,y fraud.

My wife and I originally had checked out a couple other companies and with being blown off or not having calls returned we contacted Big Bob's on Highland Ave. off Ridge Ave. We worked with Jake a Big bobs. Jake was very knowledgeable, understanding very patient with us. From start to finish Jake at Big Bob's explain every step in full detail and helped us to stay in our budget. Outside of that experience... The team that came to work at our house were outstanding. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The team was led by Lawrence and I would highly recommend asking for that team to work on your house. During the whole experience my wife and I were kept in the loop of what was going on and what was going to happen next. I would highly recommend using this company again and referring them to family and friends. In a time where cost of rising I felt that they gave us the best bargain with good quality.
