Constantly loses items, workers have ATTTIDUTES like they are getting paid before minimum wage, they don’t want to help, waits are lonnnggggggg. Everything is dusty and dirty and the whole process is very raggedy. So it’s up to you on if it’s worth the hassle for the cheap stuff

Do not shop here! They lie about their products and will sell you completely broken items willingly and when you ask for a refund they refuse. No customer service and waiting 40 minutes in a line for nothing. This has happened on multiple occasions and yes I finally learned my lesson and will not give them another hard earned cent again

A great place to get some household items for cheap. The pickup process can be a little overwhelming for some. And some days are much busier than others. A couple bidding tips: be aware of the condition listed (appears new, open box ..) sometimes items may be missing things in the box. Also I stead of bidding early, watch the action and bid towards the end.

First time Bidder here. I won auction at three different locations in Cincy and all three places everyone was helpful. I had that deer in the headlights look and an employee saw it, came right to me, and POLITELY led me to the opposite side of the building to where my item was. They may do this everyday for everybody but that young man was my hero that day.

This place has become a joke. The Kentucky ones are much cleaner and organized. The workers here are constantly being flirtatious with each other over helping the customers. Not sure if it is under new management or what, but it has changed. I’d recommend Florence and then Latonia if you have to go. They don’t even paste the auction number in the aisles or on the boxes. Checkout is usually 45 minutes, sometimes more.

The first couple times we’ve gone to this location was not as terrible, but the past two times, I’ve waited to check out for over an hour. This last time (Dec 28, 2022) was the worst though as I waited in line for over three hours for items in the cage. It wasn’t the employees’ fault, but it seemed like lots of people had missing items and there was just not enough staff to cover the sheer volume of customers. It was 2:37pm when we parked in the lot, and we didn’t leave until nearly 7pm… in that time period we saw so many angry customers and tired employees. Hoping this isn’t the new norm! Other than that, the location has things organized fairly well with clear instructions on where to find things.
