“Greg helped me find the perfect bike. I shopped around at other bike stores in the area and there was no comparison. Other bike stores told me an XL bike would fit me, Greg not only fitted me and determined I needed an XXL, but he also made adjustments to the handle bars to make sure I had a comfortable ride. I told him you could tell they actually have a shit. Definitely worth the hour plus drive!”

“David took amazing care of me yesterday trying to find the perfect shoes for my needs. He suggested options at different price points and was just concerned about finding a good solution for me to get a more comfortable ride. A true professional!!”

“I wholeheartedly recommend The Garage. The lead bike mechanic, Josh, is a kind, helpful person and I 100% trust him with my bike. I've been taking my bike to him for the last four years, and he's alway been able to solve my problems. Expert service, fast turnaround (sometimes same day for smaller maintenance!), and reasonable pricing.”

“I went to Jim’s considering getting a senior tricycle. They spent a lot of time with me and tried very hard to meet my needs. It turned that my height, 84 years, and bad sense of balance didn’t work out. They tried everything. Jim and staff are great.”

“I have had my Trek bike since 1988 and went into the store for the first-time last week. Everyone was very nice and helpful; they were knowledgeable about the bikes. I will surely be back!”

“I purchased a Marin Nicasio from Campus Cyclery in 2018. It held up well and had little or no need for maintenance for the first 5 years of riding it every 2 weeks or so especially in the warmer months. I was having problems with the chain falling off when shifting and figured I needed a new chain. But, Mark was delicate to suggest a tune up, rather, would do a lot of good. And boy was he right - they cleaned and tightened up the bike so it rides great! Cost of tune up was $150. I like how the staff take time to share their valuable, honest insight on a potential purchase and maintenance.”

“I crashed my bike and it was in rough shape, so I braced myself in expectation that it was going to require some major work.

I brought it in about an hour after they opened, and 4 hours later they called and it was all good to go! I was extremely impressed with their turn around time, and the care they provided in breathing new life into my bike. Thank you all!”

“Montgomery Cyclery makes me want to buy things in person again. I'm so used to buying online, but going to a place with experts was truly better.I went to this location for a fix, and it was so easy to work with them. While I was there, I was also looking at kids' bikes and they gave me specialized advice about how to transition a tall child who is an inexperienced rider to a better bike. It was a simple thing, but honestly, customer service is so tough these days that when you find an example of genuine friendlessness, it's refreshing. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I really like the way they greeted me at the beginning then I explained the issue immediately they fix it and hand over the bicycle though it’s small job. But they never charged anything from me it’s was quiet surprise definitely worth to visit again.”

“Bought a new gravel bike and had a good experience. I was helped by Rito (or Vito) who was very patient and answered all my questions. Highly recommend the VIP service package which is a great value for future tune-ups and adjustments. I will update after future service. Great experience. Highly recommend.”
