Dr. Javihari is great but trying to make an appointment is impossible as office staff won't pick up the phone. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back.

This place has only one form of treatment, to put you on a pap machine. Do not expect them to listen to your problem or try alternate methods to treat you. All they do is put you on a pap machine, whether you want to or not. Expect to wait 45+ mins on your appointment date. They may also charge you for a visit after sending you an email (yes they really marked an email as an office visit and charged me). I am a long time Tri-Health patient but this place is an embarrassment.

My nurse, Vicky, amazing. I would give her 5 stars all day long. However, the facility was not up to par. I wish I had gone to the butler sleep center location instead. I’m not naive enough to blame the center for me not sleeping well. I’m a natural stomach sleep and being connected to a gazillion wires was absolutely going to have its challenges. What I had an issue with is the rooms aren’t independently air conditioned. I was soooo hot. The nurse kept trying to help and finally at 3:30 in the morning she suggested we open the door. The hallway was freezing but my room was stuffy. Most adults know if they sleep better cold or not. I wish the registry person would have told me about the air conditioner situation. I feel like I didn’t get the best results because of this. I only got about 2 hours sleep. If you need a sleep study, make sure you ask these questions ahead of time.

This center ONLY cares about getting your $$$! I have been there twice now for a sleep study and BOTH times they have FAILED to provide my results in a timely manner. They will bill you and not provide the service you pay for until AFTER you reach out to them. Go somewhere that actually cares about their patients and not just their wallet.

The only sleep center I've used that has competent staff and doctors. Wish I had found them first.

My 92-year-old mom was admitted to the Bethesda North ER with chest pains at 3:00 am. The tests came back normal, and my mom was discharged at 6:30. They asked my sister to pick her up, but she could not so they sent a frail, disabled 92-year-old woman back to her assisted living facility IN AN UBER. This is the second time B North has given my mom terrible care. Do not let anyone you love go to this wretched hospital.

To be fair, I had my sleep study somewhere else. I only go here once a year to get my cpap machine check, make sure I'm compliant and solve any problems with the machine I might have. They are always professional.

I've ended up in the ER here twice after being ambulance in after spinal surgeries. Both times ER doc rude and unfriendly. Rest of staff affectionate & reassuring (esp radiology). When given the choice, I pick West Chester or Good Sam without hesitation.

A family friend was inside of Bethesda and was pronounced dead. The next day she was "cleared to come home." She suffered from double pneumonia and several tumors. She is recovering in a different hospital currently and is expected to recover. Bethesda used to be the best hospital around but now, I have my friends grandfather slowly dying there. Her grandmother also witnessed a death there. I am not sure on that story though.

Staff and nurses are very nice. Can’t sleep? Sorry the Dr’s can’t help! They’ll check your CPAP and that’s it.
