This location has it all! We were addressed by multiple staff to see if we needed any help and we were only there for 15 or 20 minutes. My husband placed an online order and it was available a half an hour after the store opened. Great experience.

Inventory is good, employees are too insistent that I might need help. Some people just want to browse without being asked 12 times what they are looking for.

Very unusual setup for Best Buy, had never been in the outlet venue. Very nice product assortment. Incredibly clean and open layout. Great staff willing to help.

This experience of buying a big new TV should of been a great one but it was not. First they rescheduled my first appointment 2 hours into my scheduled time and lied about the reason needing to reschedule. I understand things happen but don’t lie! Second they finally showed up for the second appointment late passed the original time frame they gave. So again I’m waiting and wondering if they are going to show up lost a good amount of faith by this point. When they finally arrive I hear them joke about the box and how poorly packaged it was and looking at it I agree. My 6 year old could of boxed this thing better. So I get a used TV with no REMOTE!! This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with the amount of money that was spent. They had no problem taking payment right away. Avoid using their team to install anything if you can do it yourself please do it’s not worth the headache and frustration of a company that will count your money and say FU when it comes to the product and customer satisfaction. Lesson Learned

Don’t typically write reviews but just left there with a bad taste in my mouth and they lost a sale due to poor management of inventory. Instead of making it right for the customer they settled on just canceling my order. No wonder Best Buy stores are going under.

Not a bad experience just didn’t have what I was looking for.
I wasn’t seeking help out, but for the 7-10 minutes I was in there, no associate even spoke to me let alone ask about what I needed. Security at the exit said goodbye but that was the only interaction I had.
