Awesome place to visit. My kids and I were in town for the weekend and we decided to stop by here. I was a big fan of Boomer Esiason and Icky Woods, even as a Colts fan, when I was a kid.
Manager of the facility was pretty awesome as he and I shot the breeze about football for sometime while my kids picked out a souvenir.
Great place. Highly recommended.

Love the Pro Shop, friendly staff, usually have unique jerseys, patches, stickers, penants, etc that you can't get online, and the parking (driving around the stadium deck is so cool). Be aware however it is a cashless store so bring a credit card

Easy to get to, very spacious, great selection, and friendly staff. My son loved his new Ja’Marr Chase jersey.

They often times don't have what I'm looking for, but they always sure have enough to make up for it. I could spend $5k in there easy. Lots of Bengals gear. Who dey!

Awesome Bengals shop. I've been collecting the ring of honor inductees framed pictures. Items r spendy, but I still shop there though. Read other reviews complaining about pro shop staff being rude & not knowing anything about the merchandise. Been going here since the stadium opened, & I've never been treated rude in any way shape or form. Staff have alway been nice & super helpful. Been a fan since 1981, Who Dey

Need to change all the employees attitudes they don't know nothing about their merchandise they seem like their deer and headlights need to get more professionalism training more courteous friendly
