Lee, our service advisory did a great job thoroughly explaining why our vehicles check engine light was on and provided us with a couple of options we could follow. Lee also let us know our vehicle was current on all recommended maintenance.

Ive been getting my car serviced at Beechmont VW for a couple years now and it's always a pleasant and smooth experience. The reps always treat me like I make a lot more money than I do which is always nice lolMy service advisor this time was Shawn Carmichael and he was quick and efficient in his dealings and even did a bit extra to make sure my FOB battery has been changed over just because the car mentioned it was slow battery. Always a great experience!

Boston our service writer provided timely communication concerning the 10k service on our ID4 including a video of the work performed. Upon picking up the vehicle the Tire Pressure Moniter light came on and the dealership immediately addressed with issue. We appreciate the great service and attention to detail, thanks Boston!
