I used this dealership to purchase a part for my car. I had a great experience with them and I'm very grateful for John Collins helping me since I've never purchased parts from a dealership. He was so helpful, informative and responsive. I would absolutely recommend them if you need to order parts.

I had a great experience at Beechmont Subaru. I was not attacked at the door by an overly eager salesperson. Dave Smith was my salesperson and he was very friendly yet professional. You don't need to be pushy if you have a quality product.

This Subaru service center has poor communications and manners. I brought my car in for service, got a loaner, and was promised to have my vehicle back at the end of the same day. When I say promised, I mean it literally says it in the paperwork.
Aa the end of the day nears, I had not received a call, so I reached out. Whoever was working on my car had left for the day, but never called me to update me about my car. They wanted to continue servicing the car in the next morning because they 'heard a noise'.
The next day, Subaru calls and offers a variety of solutions to problems with my car that no one seemed to notice the first few times I visited this Subaru. I declined and later arrived at Subaru.
When I get there, not one person speaks to me about car, no review, no recap. Mind you, I've had a decent amount of trips to this Subaru already.
So it's safe to say that I can't bring my car here for service anymore.

All 5 stars go to Nick Fugate and the rest of the Team at Beechmont Subaru! From the time I arrived until everything was done, Nick was both courteous and professional. He's definitely an asset to the establishment. I was also assisted by Michael Rhoads and Aaron Dries. Both were instrumental in helping me after my purchase with title work and all other questions and concerns I had. I can’t begin to thank them enough. I highly recommend Beechmont Subaru and I highly recommend Nick Fugate. If anyone reading this is interested in a Subaru, do right by yourself and go see Nick.

After deciding to move on from my 10 year-old Subaru Forester (also bought at Beechmont Subaru), I went in to look at an Ascent. After years of fantastic customer service from the service department while I owned my Forester, there was no question about going back to Beechmont to buy my next vehicle. Tom Friesen was my salesperson and he was very nice, very patient, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and trim levels available. I did not ever feel rushed or pressured in any way. In addition to Tom, I worked with Tim Sizemore in the finance department and he too was very patient, extremely nice, and very thorough. I highly recommend Beechmont Subaru!
