My God Goodwill has gotten greedy with pricing. They price things so high that they get for free and under pay their workers. The place smells horrible and things are just grimy. I went in there a week ago and walked right back out after 2 minutes in the store. I saw the prices and left. I'm not paying 50 dollars for a small TV that was manufactured in 1998.

I haven’t been in here in over a year but decided to stop in to see if I could find a dress for a Halloween costume I need to sew together. This morning I found out somebody charged my card for 1k and I wasn’t able to use my card, I had the issue resolved but the new card was only available as tap to pay, but however due to past customers not actually paying they no longer offer tap. I had only one card and it had 4 dollars on it and I had a 5 dollar bill with three dollars still being due, the lead (on 10/1 at 1pm) came over and called up Cathy and she was so sweet and offered to cover the remaining three dollars.
I live close by and will come by (with my new card haha) again for some clothes simply because of how sweet and non condescending the ladies were, I have horrible social anxiety and it’s hard when something goes wrong at checkout for me, I was so thankful and I want those three ladies to know that. The actual check out person was shorter and I believe had orange hair (receipt says sales rep SS1), was also super sweet.
A lot of goodwills and thrift stores I go too there isn’t much customer service, which is okay, I don’t mind, but it was so nice to be understood with my situation even if at the end of the day they didn’t need to help me whatsoever. Thank you three so much ❤️❤️❤️

I go to this location often, and I know that they’re overpriced. Still, it’s close and I like to see what I can find. Rarely do I leave empty handed. So I was disappointed when I made one of many donations yesterday. I had all my items neatly packed in plastic totes and 3 large framed prints. The man in receiving was rude, especially when he told me that they wouldn’t take the boxed Christmas tree. I understand if it’s their policy, but he could’ve been nicer about it. He made me feel like an idiot when he literally scoffed and said “especially at this time of year?” After all the things I’ve purchased, and all the items I’ve donated, I won’t be going back. Also, I see where another reviewer stated that the lady in the Grateful Dead t-shirt is rude…AGREED!!

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Nice selection of clothing and more. I took my clients here yesterday to shop for pants and shirts for them. They absolutely loved this Goodwill ?

Depends on what day you go, but you can find some real treasures though! Found lots of hello kitty one day. Also found coach and guess!

This goodwill is terrible for extremely high pricing! Second hand & thrift stores are supposed to be to help those who cannot afford to pay full prices for items. It is very discouraging to see the exorbitant prices placed on items that were donated freely.

When I dropped a TV stand at receiving I told the man he needed help. Instead he pulled it out before I could stop him and damaged my bumper. After going to a manager she handed me a paper pointing out their not responsible for the damage they do. She and receiving just stood there staring. No apology.

Overpriced donated goods at new in store prices. Just go to Walmart and find the same items.

I saw the horrible reviews when I looked up their number and was shocked. Would never imagine that the person accepting donations would piss me off enough to write a bad review, but I was wrong. RUDE. Didn't bother to go in. Had enough.

As a fan of thrift shops, I love going to any thrift shop out of town to see what they offer. This Goodwill is very clothes oriented especially towards the front, to the point that when we walked in my husband and I thought they only had clothes. Fairly well organized but they didn't have a large electronic section so we didn't get much. Employees were generally friendly and we looked around for about twenty minutes before we made our purchases.

They've somehow managed to make their prices higher than Ebay. 8 dollars a season for DVDs and 3 for individual movies. I can go shop at Half Price Books and find most DVD seasons for cheaper or comparable prices and they're organized and easy to find. I only pop in here from time to time because there really isn't anywhere good to thrift on this side of town but, at this point, I wouldn't even consider this a thrift store. It's sort of like a regular retail store but with more headache.
