Friendly service, good selection. Unfortunately, it was so warm that they had fans going, but they didn't seem to be much help unless you stood in front of them.

I had to return a Wallflower refill because the top was frayed would not go into the wall plug part. They where kind rude about it because I didn't have the tag with the name of the scent. They said they would let me do it this once without the tag, Really, your product is defective and your upset at me! Redickulous!!

No one would help me. I didn’t get greeted but the people behind me did. I did two laps around the store looking for a product and found an employee who just said “we don’t have that.” They didn’t offer any further help or a recommendation for a different location. Everyone there was customer avoidant. My daughter wanted a hand sanitizer and my husband wanted a room spray. We picked them out despite not having what we came for. I approached the desk and FIVE employees were behind the register. I stood there for a few minutes and waited patiently while 3 of them helped another customer download the app. The other one had her back to me while the fifth one stared at me. I kept waiting for someone to at least acknowledge me. No one did. I put my stuff down and left. I have never left a negative google review like this. I feel like it was unacceptable. This location seems like it is struggling, and I wonder if it is mismanaged. There were also boxes everywhere making it hard to shop. I’ve never had an experience like this in BBW.

I love the candles and soaps the lotion even though they smell great dries out your skin because of the perfume or scent that's in the lotion.

Great store with plenty of fragrances! Sadly, they had just sold out of two of the ones I wanted. That's the only reason for 4 stars. Usually this is a 5 star establishment!!
