Bank is not working, the iPad is not working I was suppose to use is not working

Terrible. Literally nothing works here. Very confusing what you are supposed to do. None of the iPads worked. One of them only had two apps on it when I touched it one of them was the Settings app and one was something else I don’t even know but it had nothing to do with banking. Then if you go in the little offices there’s a big sign that says tap the button to speak with a representative but there is no button to tap and the iPad, when I tapped it said please connect to iTunes. I tried to deposit a check it would not let me deposit the check and then it ate my debit card. It was a super frustrating experience I will never go back there again.
