Rude management customer service, I think her name was Trish and was the manager or assistant manager. Was rude, complaining that it wasn't her job to be helping customers, when I had questions about things I didn't know she was rude and acted annoyed that I was asking for help. Will never be back to AutoZone after this experience.

See, usually things are good here right. But it’s a problem when they sell me things that are broken. I went to get oil and an oil filter. Went amazing. Then when I changed my oil and started my car all the oil started coming out. So I thought I made a mistake. Well then I seen that the problem was the seal on the oil filter was broken. So I took it back to autozone to get a refund and they did not give me a refund or an exchange for the new part so there goes another $48 down the drain because the product they sold me was broken. Horrible customer service by the bald headed dude that “helped” me out.

I went to the auto zone in Fairfield and they were supper rude and ddint help out at all. I then went to the forest park auto zone by aldis and the lady was supper nice and amazing she even set me up an account and helped out with everything ❤️

Car wasn’t starting and needed to be jumped. Employee Jim Carter tested my battery for me and found out it was bad. He was extremely helpful with installing the new battery despite the cold weather and snow. Nice guy, even got a little basketball talk in while we got the battery installed. Great experience and service!

I came in to get a new battery and candle was friendly and assisted me right away. She also installed my battery for me fairly quickly in the cold. Definitely recommend going here, service was amazing
