Tim, the store manager and the young boy that was working on 11/12/23 were fantastic!!! Our car got broken in to at the bengals game and he did everything in his power to make sure I wasn’t freezing on the way home which was over an hour away.

Needed a brace for my car battery. Asked if the one they sold me would fit mine, should of asked if it came with all the parts I need to use it. It didn't and I ended up improving with Zip ties. That's twice now auto zone has disappointed me. Won't be a third time.

I had great service, didn't have the part I needed this time (3" bolts, not for a car, hoping to get lucky) but the time before you had all 3 I was looking for. And, the guy walked around with me while we reviewed my options. He was nice and helpful.

Even those of the crew at AutoZone couldn’t help me find the right part for my truck that I’m working on. They still tried and made a valiant effort. Especially since I wouldn’t exactly sure what the correct part was AutoZone is great if you know the exact parts that you’re looking for.

Daniel is absolutely amazing. Four hours from home and had a problem with our Jeep, he was quick to help very knowledgeable, had a great personality and was eager to help. Definitely made a stressful situation a lot easier to manage!

Great place for all of your automotive needs. Definitely the best in Maysville. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Eric in particular is an experienced representative that will get the exact part you need and probably give you a good laugh to go with it. That goes a long way when you’re frustrated fixing your vehicle and a socket wrench just bloodied your nose after it slipped off while breaking bolts on your bell housing. All in all it’s just a great place to go and feel welcomed regardless if you’re changing spark plugs, a rack and pinion in a Rolls Royce or just need some blinker fluid!
