“Let me start off by saying that I don't just let anyone work on my vehicles.I purchased a new Ford truck, and part of the deal was to have a line-x spray in bed liner. The dealership uses linex of southern Ohio.I had some concerns as I wanted the bed bolts removed, tie down hooks removed and all tailgate hardware removed before spraying.When I called to confirm the appointment, all my worries were put to ease. We had a great conversation about the process and I didn't even have to ask about removing the hardware. It was something they do. Due to my schedule I had to drop the truck before opening and pick up after opening. All I can say is wow. The install is flawless. Better than factory, or any other I have seen. “I can't say enough nice things about Chip Bare. I would definitely recommend him for any type of collision work. My car was totaled after another driver with FOUNDER'S insurance ran a red light and T-boned me. I must have called about 20 collision repair shops that day. Chip was the only one who offered to not only help to repair my car, but also to help deal with the insurance company. He spent a lot of time just explaining the process to me and offering assistance in any way that he could. He also offered to let me keep the car on his lot without any storage fees. They ended up totaling out the car and telling me to "dispose of it myself." Chip not only offered to take care of the car, but he also offered me money for it. Good guy that cares. His staff are very friendly, too and have been in the business for many years. I would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed any collision work done in Cincinnati. He will get you in within a reasonable time frame and go above and beyond.”
“I went here to get estimate of repair for rear bumper of my 2020 Subaru Forester. When the man looked at the damage, he said he might be able to repair it right there! So he went inside the shop and returned with a tool which he then used to bend some sort of hook that was preventing my bumper from going back in place! I was highly impressed with his customer service, efficiency and skill! The bumper looks like new and I did not need to schedule an appointment for repairs! He charged me nothing!!!! “RJR Radiator saved the day!I had a new radiator installed recently by my home shop, and on our first trip out of town it started leaking antifreeze and the engine was running hot. I was able to limp to the downtown Cincinnati area where we had arrangements to stay for 2 nights. We searched google for radiator repair shops and after reading reviews we settled on RJR.We called RJR first thing the next morning to make sure they could get us in the same day, then arranged for AAA to tow our vehicle there.After the tow, our SUV was in RJR‘s hands around 10AM.Jeff and Joe took great care of our vehicle. They communicated throughout the day regarding the status. We lucked out and the (new) radiator was fine, but the hoses were not hooked up properly, and one hose needed replaced. After they made the proper connections they pressurized the radiator and discovered the water pump was failing. They were able to locate a new water pump and repressurized the system by about 4PM. We picked it up around 5PM and the rest of our trip continued on as planned with no other car trouble!Jeff and Joe went over everything that they did to our SUV and had some photographs of the problems they found.We are very grateful of the quality of the work and their willingness to complete such a high quality repair in a timely manner!These guys are great! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!”
