I went to a AT&T store to get help understanding my monthly bill and the rep there was very helpful and respectful. I visited the store in Cincinnati on Harrison Ave. He helped me understand my bill and Aldo switched me to a lower plan because I am a senior, 70 yrs old and told the rep that sold me the plan that I just wanted a basic plan which I did not get from him!

The gentleman was a ton of help. Felt bad he was working alone and didn't have help. Had 6 customers all waiting on him. He did great.

Had a very pleasant experience at this store working with Kris. He was kind and professional, and got me in and out with some great services and new devices. If you’re thinking of switching services, I highly recommend going into this store to get it done.

Came into the store and was refused help by Dakota. Just wanted to upgrade phones but representative was busy watching a data transfer and playing on his own phone. This place has gone downhill. Wouldn’t recommend spending your money here, waste of time with these inexperienced and incompetent employees.

manager needs to find a new job, very unsupportive of their own mistakes. I entered the store with service from a different provider and left with none, not even from my current provider, and was told it was my problem to fix.

I was directed to this store by customer service. After waiting 50 minutes to be helped, I was told they could not exchange my defective phone without a box. I was not told I needed this before heading there. Then I was told I could call customer service back and get a return label and then they would exchange it. I called and received it and forwarded it to them. Then a manager named Michael came in and told me my warranty time was past and there is nothing they could do. He said he spoke to his district manager Dylan. I asked to speak to him and he would not give me any contact information. I wasted over 2 hours because no one there knows what they are doing and had to call a supervisor to do an exchange.
