If you are delivering food make sure you get specific instructions. I struggled to get assistance on using the elevators because I assumed there was no staff. Upon finding out there was staff sitting behind a desk not doing anything, the lady lazily mumbled she would press a button for the door to open. The instructions were vague and rude. GET BETTER NIGHT STAFF CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT HARD!!

If you are considering living here, you won’t have any complaints.This was my wife and my first apartment together and I have to say we are quite spoiled now for other apartments. I have lived in a few apartment complexes and this is nothing like that. They clean all the facilities weekly, they have 24/7 security, they update their amenities often and host awesome events for their residents at many different restaurants under the building. The management team is friendly, professional and it feels like they never take a day off. They are always available and prompt. Even service issues I needed taken care of in my apartment were taken care of within 48 hours.They are pet friendly and a very enjoyable community to be a part of.

scheduled tour to visit. was not marked in the tour schedule. person who showed the place was nice and knowledgeable but could show only 1 unit in 12min tour. after a week found that person had moved out. Then the nightmare to get in touch with the PM. multiple voice mails, emails, NO RESPONSE.Also, website only reflects what available now (which is none). No way to find out what may be available in 30 to 60 days (normal renewal notice window) from web or 0 response from email/calls! Try something else!!!

This is the one of best apartments to stay at in Cincinnati, hands down. Beautiful layouts, great building and even better management. Chris and Jeanne Marie are always helpful, genuinely caring and extremely efficient at managing this property very well. I am spoilt having lived here for over two years.

We just moved out after a year living at 580. It was a great experience. We have a dog, and found the situation to be very dog friendly. P&G park is nearby, there's a rooftop area for dogs, and Fido field is easy walking distance.We enjoyed the location, which is convenient to restaurants, The Banks, the Street Car and the Aranoff. If we had not moved out of state, we would still be there. It was an awesome experience!Chris and Jeanne Marie do nice job of supporting residents. The apartments and hallways are quiet. Occasionally they will coordinate events for the apartment community such as game viewing parties, holiday parties and social get togethers. Check out their Facebook page.

I'm renewing for my second year, and couldn't be more pleased with the apartment, amenities, and service from Jeanne and Chris. Always helpful and quick to respond. I've reserved the amenity center for various private events and guests are always extremely impressed. Great location downtown by some of the best restaurants.

If you are looking a safe & security environment, this is the place to live. This apartment is very beautiful with great amenities, good walking distance to eat, shop, travel & site see.

Automatic garage ticket machine wouldn't take my card and I had to find another way out. But that took me to the wrong street and I had to double back. Other than that, it's a good garage that was recently pressure washed, had lot of cameras, and well lit.

AT580 is a wonderful apartment building. Chris and Jeanne Marie, who manage the building, are very kind, responsive, and helpful. The apartments are extremely quiet and well maintained. The location is very convenient, a 10 minute walk to OTR or the Banks. The amenities are great, including two roof decks with beautiful views. I highly recommend living here - there is no better apartment building in Cincinnati.

Renter beware!! Management is rude, prices are way overpriced in comparison to other luxury places. They sell their amenities as being luxurious yet they are not that great. The dog park constantly smells like urine. We had issues when moving in and moving out. We were overcharged on move out fees that conveniently took them a year to send the bill. They lied to us about the insurance down payment option upon move in as well. They make you think you will be living luxury but unless you are a CEO, they don’t care about you. They also have not forwarded us mail including a package of mine that they claimed they couldn’t because of our mailing address even after clarifying over email. Long story short- do not live here! There are so many other places in downtown and OTR that are way better!

Beautiful building in an absolutely perfect location! The amenities are incredible and meticulously maintained. I ended up leasing an apartment in a different building due simply to logistics and needing a place sooner than would be available at 580. However, I cannot say enough about the leasing staff, specifically Christina and Jeanne. Both ladies were quick to reply to communication, very accommodating and professional in all of our encounters. The thing that impressed me most was that, although this is a high-end building, there was no pretense or snobbery. I appreciate this so much. While I was on my tour, I met the mailman and the ladies who operate the market in the building's lobby. LOVED them all. If my other apartment does not meet my expectations, I will definitely be back to 580 at the end of my lease!! Highly recommend.

By far the best high rise downtown Cincinnati apartment building bar none. I’ve toured almost all of them. If you want to feel safe and special with all the accoutrements and panache you expect from luxury living and the most convenient central location available to all of this cities urban offerings, look no further than 580!! You won’t regret it.

Being a new downtown resident coming from a home in a suburb, AT580 gives me everything that I need to feel like I have the space of a home with the chic living of downtown. There is a sense of community and engagement from staff to create a wonderful home in the heart of downtown. I also love the proximity to everything, the beautiful views from my balcony, the many amenities that AT580 has to offer and the high-end living spaces. If you haven't checked out AT580 -- take a peek, you won't be disappointed.
