Maintenance was in and out while.i was at work. No real comment for how they are but I didn't feel intruded on at all and was happy they got everything back to working. Just another reason to love Aspen. Thank you all.

Awesome 2 1/2 bedroom apartment with fireplace and spacious balcony just in time for hot cocoa on snowy days and sunny afternoons! Close to shopping, restaurants and college. Very helpful and friendly staff! Thanks ladies!

With all of the things wrong with my apartment before my move in, The maintenance man came and did what needed to be done! He even fixed things that weren’t on my list. I’m very satisfied with the work he did.

My friends had a Kia that was almost stolen while they lived in this apartment complex. Instead of providing support and addressing security concerns, the apartment manager chose to evict them simply because of bad publicity. This demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and a focus on profit over tenant well-being. I strongly discourage anyone from considering this apartment complex due to their poor management and disregard for residents' safety.

My experience with Mariyam at Aspen Village was amazing ! She’s very down to earth and pleasant to work with. She made sure everything went smoothly with my move in process and I’m very appreciative for that.

I can say Aspen Village stays on top of their maintenance orders. The maintenance man was very helpful and professional. He noticed my toilet running and replaced the latch with no problem. Keep up the good work

Aspen village is a terrible place to call home. The leasing agents has poor customer service. They don’t even acknowledge you upon entering the office. You have to address them upon entering. You smiles or how can I help you. They are quick to rush you off like your brother ing them. The grounds are litter with trash they only keep the leasing area litter free. The buildings are roach infested. They don’t have a pest control company. The apartments are supposed to be renovated but their not. You can hearing water running a pipes rattling from the ground floor. Water always needs to be turned off for water leaks and problems. The noise level in the apartment s are terrible. You can hear your neighbors like they are sitting in your house. No parking when you get off from work due to multiple people are staying with others that are not on the lease. When you complain about it nothing is done. Stay far away from this property.

I was assisting my step daughter with finding a 1 bedroom as she relocates to Cincinnati for college. We called and asked to do a virtual tour & the rep originally was nice & said she would schedule my daughter for 3pm today. We specifically asked if virtual tours were offered because we’ve done them before in Columbus. The rep said she would send the link to my daughter’s email at the showing time. We called at 3pm because we didn’t receive the link. The leasing agent who answered the phone said they don’t do virtual tours. My daughter told her she spoke with a rep who took her information and scheduled the tour. The rep we originally spoke to answered and said I was lying and that they have pictures and videos online. I asked her why would we schedule a time to see the place if it’s available online? We want to see an available unit not a model. We know the models get updated & look better than what’s available hence why we wanted to see a unit. We told them never mind & that their lack of professionalism changed our minds on leasing from them. The rep continued to be nasty as if she owned the place. I’m not sure why leasing agents are so rude when a great deal of them can’t afford the property they’re showing. They acted like the place was a gated community.

Very fast at getting all my work orders and request done.EVERYTIME I’ve put in a work order it’s done the very next day.I guess it is a good thing the office is open 7 days a week even if it’s just for a few hours it let us as tenants know you guys care and will always answer or needs and request!Thank you guys for everything!

I tried to view these apartments yesterday but quickly got turned away because of three small dents in my car. These are cheap apartments so it’s odd that they draw the line at a minor cosmetic detail. You are renting out apartments for low income / college students and judge with disgust when they don’t have the most spotless cars?? Their biggest concern should be their pest control and maintenance problems. If you have any damage even a scratch on your vehicle do not waste your time. Attached are photos of what it looks like. You be the judge.

I have lived here for almost 6 months now and I love it! Here are some of my favorite things:- Every apartment comes with a storage unit- I had a maintenance issue and they came to fix it within 24 hours!!- My neighbors are very nice- Even if the hallways are loud, my apartment is silent once I close the door- The apartments are actually really spacious and the layouts are great!- They have landscapers that come about once a week and make sure everything looks nice and is trash-free outside- They have cleaning people who come once a week and clean the inside of the buildings and laundry rooms- There’s tons of storage in the apartments- The balconies are surprisingly really big- Utilities are cheap!I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone who is looking! I love it

I moved in May 8th woke up May 9th to roaches in my apartment two weeks later still seeing them. Just to be clear I’ve never had roaches. I’m very uncomfortable. I don’t even want to cook in here, I’m scared. Roaches carry diseases. I’m stressed out. I don’t like this at all. My apartment and adjacent need to be be treated. A long time tenant stated that everyone is new in the building. Overall everything is nice just these roaches?
