Horrible care I wouldn't let them help with my cracked tooth because of how I was treated. Too many x-rays for one cracked tooth, kept asking why, we need them. Finally get to exam room and after going back and forth with girl trying to tell her NO to a hygienist-cracked tooth. Dentist comes in room with attitude and tapped on my cracked tooth. Went to see office person and was told Aspen Dental in network with my insurance but not the endodontist and I had confirmed this information the morning before I went in for my appointment. I also got a bill for them doing absolutely nothing.

Just went in for initial consult but I must say so far I can say for sure the people are friendly & knowledgeable. Very thorough & eager to answer any questions. Got to work right away on the next step of the process… I will be going forward!

I was in soo much pain BEFORE going there. They took many X-rays, gave me novocaine, check the gapping of every tooth in my mouth except for the TWO PROBLEMATIC TOOOTH (didn't know there were two teeth giving me pain before going there) and removed my most problematic tooth in the same day in least than two hours (of course I was there at 9am when the opened)! There customer service was the greatest! The young man at the front desk was kind. The young lady who took me to the two x-ray machines was kind and pleasant to talk with. The dental hygienist checked my teeth to see if there could be anything else wrong. She was also kind.Dr Ty explain everything I might be feeling from the novocaine shot to the tooth extraction;plus she explained that I might feel pressure as opposed to pain when they pull the tooth out. She was so kind and gentle that I didn't even feel the tooth being pulled out. The last time I had a tooth pulled out around 2015 at a different dentist, the guy was rocking back and forth yanking on my jawbone. Dr. Ty approach was a pleasant and welcome surprise! Now I must admit the x-ray system was painful because the plastic covering the x-ray apparatus kept irritating my gums and problematic teeth. But to get a good x-ray, I had to deal with the pain and sometimes bite down on the apparatus. If I did not do that, we wouldn't have realized that I had two bad teeth. Dr. Ty, realizing that I didn't have insurance, only took the most painful tooth out and advised me to come back later to extraction the other one when my insurance starts in January 2024. I agreed.?So without insurance nor a discount program my bill was 323! And they gave me payment options!On the previous day I went to UC Health Hospital's ER waiting for over 5 hours just to get a novocaine shot and penicillin prescription. If I was able to tough it out and wait to go to Aspen Dental I would have. I was informed by the ER staff that no hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio has emergency dental service where they would do tooth extraction let alone a root canal (another ER advise that). So that's going to cost me over $600 at the UC Health Hospital's ER on Bellevue Ave.Aspen Dental did what two ER hospitals and places that I called around would not do. Who do you know that will give me the treatment & services described above in 2 hours for $323 for a 50-year-old minority male walk-in customer without insurance?

Going to the Dentist is never fun. I was dreading it. However, the Oakley Location's staff made it a pleasant experience! The office, like the staff, is shiny and welcoming! Noteworthy is that even though my mouth was sore from a broken tooth, literally nothing hurt! X-rays through Periodontal Poking was all shockingly pain free and every person in the chain asked prior to procedure if I had any tender areas. Well done, Aspen of Oakley! A+

They were able to get me an appointment next day and both the dentist and assistant were professional, kind and had amazing bedside manner.

I have been to 3 Aspen Dental locations and this is by far the very best. Organized, professional, courteous and efficient. I had major work done and it went like clockwork . Fantastic experience

Not a great experience. Seemed chaotic and like Nobody knew what was going on. I had to ask what I was waiting for and saw about four different people in one consultation visit . My specific questions I had (which I mentioned in my initial sign up) were not able to get answers for and I just got told I should see a cosmetic dentist . I didn't even get a solution for my TMJ which is a common issue and was told that they don't prescribe mouth guards. I felt like I wasted my time.

The staff was friendly but waited way to long to be seen. My appointment was at 130 I arrived at 115 didn’t get called back for xrays til 215-230 then had to sit in another waiting room after xrays for 20mins then finally got put in a room and the exam began.

From the moment I walked in I received Cadillac service!!! Every staff member, Dentist, Hygienist, Office Manager, everyone, explained what was happening, kind, considerate, patient and put me at ease. Highly recommend!

I had a filling fall out from a different dentist last night. They got me in this morning. They were very friendly and professional. They filled it in what felt like 5 mins! I did not feel the numbing shot at all. good work!

Tried to pull the wrong tooth. Didn't offer any more service than just pulling the one tooth. Extremely expensive and didn't try to offer cheaper or alternative plans. Most of the staff was very nice.

Absolutely a waste of my day. I asked to an emergency extraction for a broken tooth, waited 3 weeks for my appointment and they said they would give me antibiotics but couldn’t do the tooth because their doctors don’t do single extractions(probably something you should of told me before making the appointment) well they never gave me antibiotics and the “referral” won’t accept their X-rays or initial exam so if I go to them not only is it a month just for a consultation to set up a appointment it will come out of pocket. Trash trash trash

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME! Went in for a cavity and regular cleaning. They took me in, did X-rays and scans. The hygienist came in and did the measurement thing on my gums. She said I was reading a couple 4s and had to get a gingivitis treatment…$600 OUT OF POCKET!!!! Absolutely not. I requested just a regular cleaning because I have some Tartar buildup I want rid of but they refused because I wouldn’t do the gingivitis cleaning! They also said I have no cavities..Hygienist and lady at the billing desk were very rude, only good part of the experience was the girl who did my scans, she was very nice. Other than that, terrible experience. Won’t be using Aspen again. This is the second time they’ve done this to me.
