I did Not get any treatment from Aspen dental. I scheduled a cleaning, but after looking at the reviews here I will be canceling. I rather pay out of pocket for a good dentist rather than a horror story from a chop shop money grab.

Staff was kind, understanding of my situation and very professional. Even during the harder steps staff made me very comfortable. Everyone I met showed that they were well trained. Appreciated them all.

Complete waste of my time. Came in for a checkup/ cleaning. Had to take countless uncomfortable & somewhat painful xray images of my teeth with their awkward camera, because the first set wasn't saved due to the computer crashing. Then I was told I needed a deep cleaning since I hadn't had one in so long, which was fine. I was then directed to the manager for billing. I had 2 insurances & the estimate didn't calculate correctly due to either them or their system. Since I wasn't willing to pay an incorrect balance, I couldn't get my cleaning & took off work for nothing. The staff I dealt with were all professional but the manager came off as condescending. I should of known better going to a chain dental office & I will find someone with their own practice moving forward.

Great place, had contact with 5 people during my visit everyone was extremely friendly.Hygienist, amazing person, x-ray technician she was the best ever, taking time to snap over a dozen photos but keep a nice conversation through out the process. Another person working in the office, maybe an assistant, but just kept checking on me while I waited for the dentist. Dentist was friendly and informative. Office manager checked me out was very professional and yet very polite.I had a great experience here. Diverse staff, and a beautiful staff. Loved it.

The staff was super friendly. Explained everything fully. And I knew before I left what my treatment plan was and the cost. All my appointments were made before leaving. No surprises. Great experience.

I went in with a tooth ache and left with a yearly subscription and a bigger tooth ache. Apparently they’re called Aspen Dentist but they don’t treat teeth. Look else where while looking for a dentist, preferably one that can treat all teeth.

All the technicians, office staff pleasant. This visit had me sitting in an exam room for over an hour, no update. I assume the Dr was working another patient. Once I was attended all things went well after.

Aspen Dental always have the worst reviews. Over 700 complaints, and people still go?I live 10 minutes from an Aspen Dental office, over the years what's I've read about them,I wouldn't dare trust my beautiful mouth in their hands. Stop going there. All reviews can't be wrong. Take them out of business for goodness sake. Whose keeping them in business? Materialistic morons, with the money or amazing insurance and want a quick fix. Then they come here to complain about this scam company. These reviews are from years back,if you go there in 2024 the stupidity is legendary status!

All I wanted was a tooth pulled and I ended up with a 2k loan agreement, missed days at work, and insulted. After my root canal and crown was completed, the dentist asked me what I would be scheduled for next. After I told him I had a broken tooth and needed a new partial but couldn’t continue to get anything fixed until after I paid off the loan I didn’t really want he proceeded to tell me to “get another job.” It was a low blow to me because I was recently laid off of my job and had to take a lower paying job and leave my 9 month old at home for the first time over it all. I’ve been mentally struggling with this and for him to joke about something like that hurt really bad. I can’t eat properly because of the broken tooth in the front and I’m self conscious about it. I’m stressed about money and that was just SO uncalled for. I went out to my car and just bawled my eyes out.All I wanted was a tooth pulled and they make it a very long, drawn out process that leaves you owning a lot of money.

This office feels like a car dealership. They were more interested in selling me what I didn’t need, dentist spent about 3-4 minutes w/ me. Within that three minutes he decided I need a cleaning that was $800+ w/ co-pay. Then not to mention, add-ons to their “treatment plan” that I never authorized. Luckily I went to another dentist for a 2nd opinion which is now my new dentist.

This place is a money grab that doesn’t actually want to take care of patients. 4 appointments to replace a filling. They aren’t actually healthcare providers. Very disappointing that they care more about billing than patient care and good oral health.
