Alternator they installed failed after 5 month. They had me stop in at 3:00pm and by 6:30 they had replaced it. No hassles, no charge. Great people to work with! If only all companies performed like them!

If Andrew is really a certified ASE mechanic he must have bought his certification at goodwill. I might be an older person but I did take auto mechanics when they really did teach people years ago in high school. His outrageous $2500 estimate cost me a whopping $10 to fix myself. You'll be very, very sorry if you go to his rip off shop!!!

My experience was long and frustrating. Bishops had to deal with my warrenty company for what came to be $6500 worth of repair. They were patient through the process. They had my truck for a little of 6 weeks, the only take away would be communication. I would have to keep calling to find out what's going on week after week and for me, that is what made it a rough experience. Work They did seems to be going well until today and the issues that brought me in, is happening again. So I will update later

Bishop has serviced my car for years. I have referred many people to them. The prices are reasonable also. I highly recommend them. In my opinion they are upfront and honest.
