after waiting 45 minutes while the staff was chitchatting in the back, and I was the only one there, not getting an exam, not getting to speak to the doctor. It looks like I will be going to a new Vet Center.

I would like to thank all of the staff here, from the front of the house to the techs and Dr. Faircloth who saved my cats life, quite literally and Dr.Dan, who has treated all of my dogs , even the "scary" working dogs ! Yesterday I went in terrified bc my 16 y/o pit/ ridgeback mix had been coughing so hard and struggling to catch his breath the previous night, that I was certain this was the visit that was going to be the one when I heard that he had congestive heart failure or something similar. Dr. Dan was running a bit late only bc he was finishing an emergency surgery. Dr. Faircloth was already done for the day but saw Ringo and I waiting and said , " I'm technically done but I can help you get started. He ended up doing the entire appt. He listened to my dogs, heart and lungs, even though my dog was trying to bite him. He was muzzled, my dog, not Dr. Charlie. The technician did a wonderful job of very gently restraining him.Dr Faircloth could have easily told me that we needed to do an echocardiogram, x-rays and up sold me, but he told me if it was his dog he wouldn't do that that it was probably a bacterial infection on top of some acid reflux and that was that and we left with some medication instead of me spending thousands of dollars on things I didn't need. My dog is doing so much better today. I can't even tell you how my family cried with relief knowing that my 16-year-old dog is going to be around for hopefully quite some time more.

Dr Dan Meakin gave my dog a false diagnosis and Meakin is rude. Two very bad experiences and we would never take our dogs or cats back to him ever. He gives bad vibes.

all of the staff there is super friendly and knowledgeable. the only reason it's a 4 star review is because of the one receptionist who constantly has a rude attitude and doesnt seem to know how to work their system.

Do Not Take Your Pets to All Creatures Animal Hospital. They will LIE on You in Court. Kristen Raab is A Liar and her Staff will Lie with her. They will Doctor their own Documents to Frame SomEONE IN COURT. My. Dogs were in Good Health when I checked them into to All Creatures. The Clermont County Chief Prosector and KRISTEN RAAB LIED AND said my dogs were under weight. Look at the pictures below and the orginal vet records. The pictures and the original records don't lie. Please Tell Everyone not To Utilize their Services.

Dr Dan and his staff are the best. He was always there for our English Bulldog Dog Big Mac. Our bulldog lived to be 13yrs old and had a great life and Dr. Dan and his amazing staff were there to help make it great to the end.

Again, Dr. Meekin (Dan-this time) hits a home run. He called from his cell phone while our family pet was still on the operating table. He gave me the information I needed and while I processed the terribleness of my dog's health situation; he patiently waited and allowed me to call others. We made a hard decision literally as if we were in on a conference call. It was amazingly efficient and humane. I would recommend the Meekin(s) to any animal owners in the area. They provide the best care and they have built a nice practice. My Basset Hound had to be euthanized years ago and they sent me this sympathy card. I have never forgot it. It comforts me today.

I think the world of the vets and all of the staff at All Creatures. I recently adopted a senior dog. Just by nature of his age he has some issues. They've done a great job helping to identify and treat his health issues. They do a wonderful job with grooming him. He smells so good and looks so shiny after they give him a medicated bath to help with his allergies. They're just so caring and compassionate and that's very high on my list of priorities when I'm having trusting someone to take care of my baby.

All creatures has always done a wonderful job for my three cats. We've had a lot of work done there, and the people are great, and the Service is fantastic. However today I was disappointed. We have always gotten my cats allergy medicine there, and up till now they have matched the web price where I can get it much cheaper. They've made a management decision that they will no longer do this. If I were a younger grumpier man, I'd pick up and go someplace else. However, I'm not. But just so you know you cannot expect this courtesy from them any longer. Really disappointed but for the sake of a few bucks they would theoretically jeopardize all of the money we've spent there.Oh well. That's business I guess

Sadly, I must agree with the poor reviews here. My cat was a patient there for a couple years. My cat recently became ill - barely moving, not eating. Called All creatures for a sick visit and received Answering machine during normal office hours. Was told to leave message and they'd call back. They never called. Called the following day and they said they were busy, maybe tomorrow, then he said he was great with availability and he'd get someone else. Was on hold for seven minutes until I hung up. Called their Amelia office and the message said no one available, they were in a staff meeting. So, taking the cat elsewhere. The doctor at All Creatures is a good doctor, but their staff is not great and they aren't very responsive.

I've been coming here for at least 15 years. The vets are very good, but I have to give the hospital 2 stars because of their inefficiency. I don't care how minimal the visit need is or if I've had a scheduled appointment or they "fit me in", I can never get out of there without a one-hour minimal wait. I had a simple tech appointment for a bordatella vaccine and waited 45 mins! The typical wait is more like 2 hours. My husband waited 3 hours the other day! This is unacceptable and very inconsiderate. Imagine for a minute that one of the vets came to get my services and had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room--I'm sure they'd be fuming. You all really must get a handle on this. Bring in a consultant or something to help you get more organized. The receptionist is extremely rude every time I am there. I am disappointed they would allow this woman to continue being the "face" of this business.

Very unprofessional and unorganized, the receptionist are rude and disrespectful. I scheduled an appointment for 12pm and got there 9 minutes late and they canceled my entire appointment! When arriving after my 45 minute drive from Kentucky they said that I had canceled my own appointment, which was never true! The "technician" I was supposed to see was only working a half day and since arriving 9 minutes past my appointment time they canceled the whole visit! I have spent thousands of dollars with this vet clinic between my three dogs and this was just mind blowing. I will definitely be taking my money and pets elsewhere I will never be back to that place! They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience of me driving 45 minutes to an appointment they canceled themselves! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL!

Dr. Meakin and his staff are absolutely wonderful!!! He took the best care of my ferret and when my boy got sick Dr. Meakin did everything to make him better. In the end we had to put him down even though it was late at night Dr. Meakin let us come say goodbye. We could not have asked for a better experience than everyone at the Amelia office! They truly hold a special place in my heart! I will definitely be taking any animal I have from here on out there! To top it all off we received a sympathy card from them! I can’t speak any more highly of everyone at All Creatures in Amelia!

After years of using them I'm done. When my puppy contracted parvo I told them that due to COVID-19 my wife was out of work and we would need to go on a monthly payment plan. They refused to treat. It took me 10 minutes to find a vet that not only would do the monthly payment plan needed but charged a ton less and cared considerably more for my animals than All Creatures ever did. All Creatures always tries their hardest with every situation that is presented to them. Even with this virus that is going around they’re still offering curbside service and doing their best to accommodate all clients and patients. I’ve seen nothing but hard work from each department (grooming, boarding, training, reception, technicians, doctors, maintenance & cleaning) they offer almost any service you can imagine and always try to handle every situation the best they can with as high of a client volume as they have. Wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else
