I was in need of a couch for my new apartment and decided to stop by. A great selection of furniture. Pam immediately jumped in to help me to get an idea of what might fit my needs in a new couch. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I ended up calling back later to purchase a couch Pam showed me, and was able to get it delivered the following day. Thank you Pam and the workers who delivered my couch.

I was excited to purchase a nice table from a local, small business. The wood slab is beautiful. Everything else has been subpar and a poor experience. Table base did not match order or the table. When I inquired I was instructed to drill new holes in the table to make the base work (Really?) Once assembled, the table isn't level! I've adjusted the short side to the greatest extent and it's still way off level. Upon measuring the legs of the base one side is significantly shorter than the other! Poor customer service, poor product quality. I have never been so disappointed. I didn't want to write a bad review until I was finally able to get the table together and I have a leaning table and feel it's my duty to warn others.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, beautiful furniture. Pam even made pillows for our couch with her own fabric! And when the couch we ordered did not fit our space, they took it back and sold it on the showroom floor. we could order a new one.very high quality furniture and people.

Would 100% reccomend. This store is absolutely amazing and I wish I had come in here when we purchased our place and was furnishing it a year ago. Beautiful mid-century modern pieces. I got a live edge slab for my dry bar and was involved in the process from the very beginning, even getting to pick the exact part of the piece of cashew wood I wanted. Furthermore, this was done sooner than the estimated time. Alan really went above and beyond! PS- this is all also done sustainably.

Not only do they have gorgeous, high quality furniture and such, their customer service is second to none!! Pam has worked with me for about two years now, and is ON IT!!! Can’t say enough nice things about the place and all it’s staff! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was quick and professional- just really awesome shopping experience!!

This place is awesome, and I think the best furniture store in the area. Very helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a Natuzzi Sofa from them, and I just love it. They explained to me how it was made, and the price was better than buying it online. They even delivered to me and set-up and removed all of the packing materials. Not going to find that online, wow what service. They did explain to me were and how the piece was made in great detail. All of the parts were made in Italy and assembled in China. They also explained Natuzzi had another line the Italia. The price was a lot more expensive. I went with the editions, and no other leather company could touch the price or the quality. I read a review from Mark Griggs, and I would ask him why didn't he return the item if he wasn't happy.
