Always very friendly & helpful here.It was nice that when I was browsing for motor oil , in the motor oil section the store attendant didnt bombard me with questions about my car, my blood type, my pronouns, am I 2 wheel or 4 wheels kinda guy, etc; etc; Suggested the affordable motor oil for my in the moment needs.Also the check out lady was awesome friendly & all smiles.

I went in not expecting much. It was an hour before closing and everywhere I had called basically told me I would need a whole new wiper arm (which would take up to a week to order and it’s winter with no windshield wipers). I took a chance and drive to this location. AJ greeted me and immediately asked how he could help. I explained my situation and although I had low hopes of anyone being able to help same day, AJ showed confidence. He walked out to look at my car with me and literally fixed my broken windshield wipers- above and beyond what is expected. I’m sure if I would have went anywhere else they would have told me they couldn’t help me because what he did was above expectations. I bought new blades from them and he totally installed and again fixed mine which were bent and broken. He was so kind and knowledgeable and willing to help. Truly exceeded customer service expectations and made my cry out of relief that someone was so willing to help beyond what they had to. THANK YOU AJ!! Attached a warranty to wipers that I didnt ask to have, then couldnt return warranty in the store and needed to call 800 number. Came back next day and manager took care of it. Service is slow and parking lot is worn out. There are better places to visit

Not a good experience I called ahead they said they had the part and could install not only did the guy after waiting awhile come out and say he couldn't install it they sold me the wrong parts! ?☹️
