Exchanged a propane tank but did two separate orders. Lady in front was rude told me to leave tank outside and told me to walk to the back or the store, just to have the guy in the back not listen that i had two separate orders and complain that he had to walk me back to the front to get the tank? Very disorganized

A great local hardware store that helps you when you walk into the store. The staff is knowledgeable and they have lots of solutions for all your home improvement projects. If you have an old house with lots of challenging situations they can help you…or if you’re just doing your weekend projects, they can help you.

The team at the Hyde Park location couldn’t be better! Assistant Manager Paul helped me figure out my problem and found what was needed to solve it. My only complaint is how hard it is trying to find the pertinent data on the receipt needed to leave a review.

Ace is my first stop for any house projects - their staff is very friendly and helpful, which as a first time home owner is much appreciated. They take time to help you find what you need and answer any questions you have along the way. Feels like a small town family store and is not overwhelming like some of the other home improvement stores can be sometimes. My wife and I love Ace and are grateful to have one close by!

Not only is the customer service of the Hyde Park location the best of any Ace I’ve been to, it’s some of the best customer service I’ve received from any store period. I wish more businesses were like this! I live in Kentucky and go out of my way to travel to this location. Thank you!

Amazing staff. Amazing knowledge. People helping people in 2024. Its fantastic. I cringe whenever Ace doesn't have what I need and I have to go to Home Depot or Lowe's.

Vinnie was extremely rude about price matching a product that was on the store site. And was even more rude making other remarks to her peers about the situation. Complaint is filed with corporate management.

If you are a person of color, or do not meet their standard demographic of shoppers, prepare to be followed. I've never felt so uncomfortable. I will gladly go out of my way for my hardware needs.
