Ace Hardware is the best! I’ve been there a dozen times in the past year. The service is phenomenal and they have everything. It’s such a better shopping experience than at a Home Depot, Lowe’s, or store like that

Just an experience of trying to get a key cut while brown. Went to the store to get an automotive key cut after calling and verifying ahead of time that they are going to be able to do it. The really professional person on the phone said they cannot guarantee that the key will work if the blank key is not purchased from them and I agreed that it's ok.Went there with my blank keys and asked it to be cut. The older guy there just absolutely yelled at me saying, "nobody in the store would have said that". I asked him a second time just to be sure that he was accusing me of lying. He repeated himself in a much louder voice.Then it became clear why he was so angry with me - I'm brown, he's not. I wanted to give them business, he refused to provide the service. Just an experience of trying to get a key cut while brown. At least there was another employee who apologized for his behavior.Thanks Ace Hardware for hiring racist workers. Just won't go back here again.

Great service! Friendly and knowledgeable. Store is much larger than it seems from outside. A person from the store said it was 8,000 square feet.I ordered ahead and then picked up. Pro-tip: park at CVS and pop over to Ace. (Shhhh, it’s a secret)

Prices are a little high, but all Ace's are because they carry specialty items. I went there inquiring about single pane glass for a storm door. Like I thought, they do in fact sell and cut glass there. Which is AWESOME!!! But I didn't bring the measurements with me, hahaha. Will be going back soon to get the glass ?

Experience the difference of Ace Hardware. You don't have to walk for miles. There are friendly people there who want to help you. I have had people cut keys, find dowel rod and cut it to size (to keep the windows where my air conditioners are from being able to be opened further) I have had speedy help with paint matching. I was also able to drop off a package for a UPS return ( already packed and labelled).
