Took my car here after a young teen sideswiped my car in the rain. They quoted me about 3 weeks, and they took less than that. You can't even tell it was ever hit.I got text message updates through the process.Their staff are professional and friendly.Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend this shop for your car needs. My car was scuffed and wasn't sure what I needed to fix. Went by Caliber and currently the front desk women stated they are only taking insurance claims, but there was an associate who was on the phone helping others. Sorry didn't catch his name. When he leaned around he asked what I needed and requested to come outside to look at my concern on my car. He went back in shop and came back with some magic in a bottle and got scuff out at no charge. We were so thankful to him and want to give him a big shout out to take his time and willingness to help was greatly appreciated!! Thanks again and highly recommend this shop for your car repair and claim needs at Caliber Collision eastgate.

The people couldn't have been any friendlier, understanding or helpful. They seemed to really care. My car ultimately was totaled out by the insurance company, so it didn't get repaired, but Caliber was excellent with communication and explanation of everything that was going on during thst process.

After an accident where a driver backed into the passenger side of my car there was extensive damage. The staff at the Eastgate Caliber location was both knowledgeable and professional. The repairs were completed several days prior to the estimated date given at the beginning of the process.
