You can’t use your membership the same day you sign up you wait until the next day and can only use a certain amount of the first day and the plan that’s $22 a month is still gonna cost you $87up front

Don't count on AAA for travel. We made plans for a trip to Las Vegas. We paid them in advance for the trip including trip insurance. Two days before our trip, I called them to ask for details. To my surprise we did not have plane tickets. I called the airline and they did not have us either. I went to the office and they confirmed that we did not have airline tickets. The agent offered to cancel the trip because we had insurance. I told him I wanted a full refund. He refused to give us a full refund. I told him that AAA did not have tickets for us to fly and it was not my fault. This was on a Friday and our trip was on Monday. Do not go to Northgate AAA for travel.

Booked a cruise. They got everything together for the entire trip, including air fare. Just had to stop by to pick up the paperwork and tickets.

This post is in reference to using AAA as a travel agency. We used AAA for a trip to Cancun, Mexico for my brothers wedding. Communication was lacking to say the least. My only request was a double bedroom. I emphasized this numerous times to our travel agent over the phone and on email. I was traveling with my older brother. Upon arrival to Cancun and upon checking into the Hotel, I was told that the preferred section our agent booked for us does not have provide any double beds and that they should have known that. My options were to 1) sleep on a roll away bed 2) pay another 800 bucks for an upgrade. Obviously after already paying 5k for this trip already, I’m not sleeping on a roll a way bed. I was forced to pay another 800 upon arrival. Attempts to contact the agency went straight to voicemail. Very disappointed with how everything went.

AAA Northgate processed my annual payment. I presented my bank statement for proof. No return phone calls to resolve the issue. Someone somewhere has my $112.50 payment. Manager will not help. The worst customer service, EVER!! They are terrible DO NOT TO GO NORTHGATE AAA! I
