My friend recommended this AAA Sumerel and gave me Larry's contact info. He spent quite a bit of time talking to me on the phone about my tire replacement needs. Never tried to upsell, just provide me with the best tires for my needs. Got the job done quickly. Then my son's car needed oil change and wipers. Larry came in and told me the wipers were fine. I had seen the same, but since my son wanted them, we went ahead and replaced them. Again, not trying to upsell, just provide wonderful service quickly. I'll return to Larry for all of my car needs.

I had my car towed Wednesday night and Thursday was a holiday so I waited until almost noon on Friday to call and find out what was going on with my car and was told they couldn't even look at it until they got a hold of me and they called me this morning earlier. I had no missed calls and the customer service rep? That maybe they dialed the wrong number because they couldn't read the handwriting. I told him I just needed a quick diagnostic and I needed my car as quick as possible to run errands before surgery
I tried to call back at 2:30 and make sure my number was changed got in this q that was apparently busy and never got a call back tried calling this morning and got the same thing. Do you really want to how to take a Lyft to go check on your own car at a garage that has your Walker in it

Tire went flat last night (May 3, 2024 approx. 9:30PM). Called AAA towing (free of charge with premium membership), towed it to this location. Called this place Saturday morning at approx. 9:44AM, they said they’d check it out, received a call no longer than an hour later, and they fixed it all up free of charge! These guys are great people. They really do care about providing excellent customer service for anything you need done. You can count on them to get you back on the road! Thanks again, guys.

Larry is one of the best in the Business, used to always go to the pleasant ridge location but after a few less than stellar experiences there I wanted to switch it up. Thanks for all your help!

This place doesn't even need another five star review, but I just have to write one. Wow. I took my Sport Bronco in here for an oil change, new AGM battery and a couple other things and it was like being in car service heaven. I'd gone in the week before and talked with Larry Patterson, the service manager, who had listened to my concerns and was respectful and kind. I had been very disappointed by the new management at Woody Sander Ford and their service department. Yesterday I saw Larry again and I met Tabitha, who was extremely friendly and helpful and also very attentive to everything I was worried about. After my car was done I had a great talk with Larry about not turning heat on high when you first start the car on a cold day, to keep the windshield from cracking, (common Sport Bronco complaint) and he knew all about the weird backing up after it rains sound the car can make. He just seemed like he had a wealth of knowledge and he was calm, confident and patient about making customers happy. I'm just sorry I didn't get to meet the guys working on my car! I will always come here and am telling everyone I know to come here. You will never look back. Go where the gold is.

Stopped in to get my tire plugged. They were so friendly and helpful! They were able to get me in and out in no time compared to other places I called that had a 2-3 hour wait time if they could even do it. Very pleased and will return!

I bought my tires here a couple of years ago and just had my car, 2005 Honda CR-V, serviced here again today. Larry was able to fit me in today and does great work! Very knowledgeable and courteous, and the rates are reasonable too. Tabitha was also very helpful. Thanks so much!

Smart, professional, and courteous. These guys found a nail in my tire and repaired it in less than 10 minutes. Ask for Michael - he's the manager. Carl did the work with a smile and in record time. As a woman who doesn't always feel comfortable solving car problems, this is the place! No charge, either. Who DOES that?Amazing place that has my 100% loyalty. Fast, honest service and kindness goes a long way in my book.

I worked with Larry on the brakes for my 2017 Wrangler. This guy was awesome. He called me first thing in the morning and reassured me of the work he was going to be doing. He laid it all out and was very thorough. Not only was his work great, but he took the time to walk out to my Jeep with me after, and discuss the work as well as future recommendations. He and the Hyde Park store will have my future business. Great job!
